Incredible experience all around! Following Reddit’s overwhelmingly positive advice to check out AZKKT and talk with Bruce, I did just that. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. When it came time for the point of sale, Vic was very personable and engaging while going over the contract. When it was time to go, they don’t just handover the keys and wish you well; Nate came outdoors and showed me the ins and outs of the bike so I felt comfortable and confident riding away. Every single person that we encountered at AZKKT was amazing! My daughter had a very similar experience just the week before, too!

Steve and Shane in the service department knocked it out of the park. Showed up with a non-running bike and a tight schedule, they were able to diagnose and repair it in no time. They even took the time to show me the bum fuel pump, what the common failures were, and the steps it took to replace it. They had excellent customer service and generously shared their time and knowledge to help get me moving again.

Thought I'd stop in and check out a few prices on the Mule. I walked inside (no customers inside, mind you). There were 4 sales people standing around. No one greeted me as I came in or showed interest that I was even there. Just a few stares. Worst customer service that I've experienced in a long time. Yes, this might seem petty, but who likes to be ignored.

AMAZING STAFF, from the time we walked in the door the employees wanted to help us. Steve from Service, Garrett the Parts Manager and Travis were so nice, understanding and knowledgeable it was just AMAZING!!! We will definitely be back. This store is great and you are treated like a King and Queen. What a ray of Sunshine it was to go there after purchasing a private unit, the help was so happy for us and continued to help us, we did not make the purchase there but they were just AWESOME. The information that we received from this group was the BEST ever and really helped us out in so many ways, this is our first unit, KRX 1000, JEEZ, I was totally blown away, they get 10 stars from us, thank all of you for your outstanding work and continue with the GREAT attitudes!!!! Love your store.....

I had an issue with a part that I ordered that was partially my fault. Every one was very helpful, they contacted KTM for me, and KTM was kind enough to replace the part. Great customer service on both ends. I also recently had my bike that had been garaged for a few years serviced there and they did a great job with that as well. 5 stars from me.
