I can't believe this place is still in business. Worst place I ever had to deal with. My son wrecked his car and Arnolds towed it. It was totaled. I went to get my personal stuff out of it before insurance took over. They refused and said everything was there's now. I had to give them $450 to get MY OWN STUFF and had the car brought back to my property by a friend. And they claim to be holiness people. What a joke. They are the devil in disguise. Don't buy from them. Nothing but junk. I have never had another tow company do this.

They gave us a rip off and they told us that the transmission worked good so we bring to home and fix it so found put that transmission have crack so bad inside. I decided to refund it

If I could give them a negative rating I would. My car was rear ended a week ago, the police had Arnold's to tow it without asking me first and I was told by the tow truck driver I wouldn't have to pay anything because they would get it from the person's insurance that hit me. I was advised to let it stay there until the insurance adjuster looked at it. Well, she falsified the police report and didn't have insurance. I still had to pay to get my car from them. $460 for it to be there a week today. $35 a day plus the initial tow fee and gate fee.
Then when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find the key to it. Tried to say we took it with us that night. Finally, they found it in their rollback after about 30 minutes of looking for it. A place of business needs to be better organized when dealing with other people's property. Also, if their employees don't know the rules, they don't need to be giving advice on what they will or will not do.

I was quoted $120 to fix my car. I was informed when I dropped the vehicle off that if it ended up being more than the quote they would call me before moving forward. I told them yes please do that. I got the call my vehicle was fixed and was $337. I never got a phone call stating it would be more than $120. But of course paid the $337 in order to get my car. That's nearly triple quote price. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Sold us motor claimed was for Jeep but was front wheel drive. He assured us that came out of Jeep had two mechanics advise us that wrong motor. After one mechanic talked to him (he hung up on him)still charged restock fee after selling wrong motor. Would not recommend to anyone

Terrible. I called to see if they could help with a problem I was having with my car or even just order the car and he answered with a horrid attitude. Then hung up when I asked about either option.
