Ashley and her crew are Fantastic! They're always smiling, friendly and more than happy to help you. I came in 3 times to exchange a few Pandora Charms (That I received as a gift) for ones that represented the true me and not once did they make me feel like i was bothering them. THE NICEST PEOPLE WORK AT THIS STORE. I recently visited this specific Artsy Abode for a dear friend of mine and my mom’s. Our friend, who is a senior at my mom’s high school, does not have a good home life but is a very hard worker and it was recently her birthday, so, we just HAD to get her something to make her life better. Ashley, the person who helped us with our mission, was so nice and understanding of our situation and helped us with exactly what we were looking for. I will be shopping here again and I highly recommend that you do, too!

I love Artsy Abode! It is a great place to find the perfect gift for all occasions! You are warmly welcomed each time you go in and can almost always find what you want! In my case, I find more than I want! It’s such a great store! On my most recent visit in May, Paula greeted me with a cheerful smile and enthusiasm for their products (I mean, what’s not to love?)!

Very poor customer service. I received the wrong Pandora birthstone charms for Christmas and tried to do an even exchange for the correct birth stone. I didn't get a receipt with the charm and they refused to exchange it telling me I could have had it for years and am now trying to exchange it because I don't like it. The charm looked brand new because it is! This is not the first time I've had issues with poor customer service at this store, but it will be the last.

Go to Lucy's! They have the same products, but MUCH better customer service! They exchanged for the correct charm with no problems!

Visited Artsy Abode on Saturday March 17th to find a gift for my sister since it was her 40th birthday so I wanted to get her something special. The representative by the name of Mimi was graciously helpful in finding the perfect gift for my sister. She showed me around the store and showed me several items that my sister might like. Ultimately Mimi helped me pick out a beautiful Brighton beach bag and sunglass case. My sister absolutely adored the gift. Thank you Mimi for your help and wonderful customer service. You were delightful. Can't wait to visit the store again for someone else's birthday or just for me!

I visited the Fleming Island Artsy Abode on 3/12/19. I got exactly what I wanted after a pleasant interaction with the 2 young, friendly sales associates. Ashley was especially helpful and informative; I enjoyed chatting with her. I will certainly return to this location in the future. A great place to shop!

My mom and I went into this shop to work with the manager on getting my mom refunded, as the store charged her twice. If the charge had been a couple dollars, then we wouldn't have bothered, but the charge was $100.00...

This issue still hasn't been resolved. The bank my mom uses has declared several times over that it was the store's issue and the bank is unable to refund her since it was the store's mistake.

My mom still hasn't been refunded. We won't be returning, regardless of how great the product is. We'd rather not have any more issues.
