10 stars! Hands down the best dealership experience I’ve had with any type of vehicle. Literally everyone was friendly, helpful and just all around good people. As soon as I walked in I knew these were my people. Everyone is friendly and no one is the typical pushy sales person. Super knowledgeable and kind staff all around. From sales to parts and service and even the quality control guy, everyone is a pleasure to be around and work with. Connor and Renee did a fantastic job sticking with the numbers I gave them and never once tried to push me outside of my budget and even found a creative solution to keep me in my budget and get the bike of my dreams. The dealership itself is clean and welcoming with a station for cleaning your helmet and refreshments with a beautiful shop/service area. Their online listings are clear and easy to navigate. I literally don’t have a bad thing to say in the slightest about any aspect of this dealership. I will for sure be a customer for life!

A&S motorsports, there main goal is to fit you into the right motorcycle for your needs, with no pressure salesman, You can test drive there motorcycles, when most other shops will not allow this, there staff is friendly and knowledgeable and if they don’t know the answer, they will look it up. You could not ask for better people. They want to make this a happy experience, there not in it just too make money, and sell you a motorcycle, give them a try.

Attention to detail. I've had 18,000 mi on my 21gs 1250 no problem but BMW wanted to be safe and replaced my drive shaft. A& S did a fantastic job and servicing my bike. On top of it I didn't have time to clean it before I brought it there and they washed it for me. Thank you. What an outstanding motorcycle store. Thank you. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, they have all varieties and excellent brands. Have to go there first.

I was on vacation with my wife on our BMW GS when I discovered a problem with my brake pads. I needed one replaced, and A & S was the closest dealership. They told me four hours. Four hours I went to the dealership determined to replace the pads myself in their parking lot.

And I would have, too, except it turns out the reason the brake pad was shot was because one of the pistons was stuck out and wouldn’t retract.

Miraculously, A & S managed to get the caliper replaced, the pads replaced, the tires done (turns out I had a screw in the rear tire … sideways?!) and a full tail to snout inspection on the same day to get me back on the road and enjoying my vacation again.

The service was so good I might take the four hundred mile trip to get my maintenance done here from now on.

I recently purchased my very first motorcycle. I had been to many different shops before going to A & S. However, from the moment I walked in and was greeted by the owner, I felt at ease. I was not really sure what i wanted, I had a few ideas. Randy asked me a few questions and steered me to a Royal Enfield Hunter 350. It only took me a few minutes to know this was the perfect first bike for me. Everyone was super helpful, considerate and professional. Randy's tour of the facility and all the team does to assist the consumer with service was above and beyond! I am certain I made the best choice for me and will be happy with my purchase for a long time to come.The facility and service provided is far superior than any other shop I've been to. Not very friendly employees. Went there to purchase a motorcycle yesterday no one bothered to say even hello when we entered the showroom. We were there for good 20 minutes looking for bikes but still no one even asked if were been helped or what we were looking for. At the end we ourselves went to one of the salesperson and told them that we were there to purchase a new bike then Harrison helped us. We were there for good 5 hours but nobody besides that salesperson and a guy from finance even said hello. What a pathetic place to do business with. I had no other options so i shamelessly stayed there and purchased a bike. I Would never go there again or recommend anyone that i know to go there.
