I bought a nearly brand new Chevy from Michael that was still under factory warranty. After a test drive, I discovered things broken and missing that should have been an easy fix. I had to make an appointment at the Chevy dealership next door to have the seatbelt mechanism replaced and the heated seat feature fixed. If you do buy from Michael at Ashland Motor Company, make sure you get EVERYTHING IN WRITING. It took Michael over 5 months to deliver the vehicle's owner's manual. No communication on his part. I was thinking he expected to me to forget about our contract. Very flaky salesman. I will not fault the vehicle, only the salesman's big promise without staying in contact.

Michael, the previous owner, current manager sold me a vehicle without a deq certificate. He said the title was coming in the mail. I confronted him about it and his solution is extending road permits from his office, however still no title. Please reach out to me so we can resolve this.
