Our brother in law told us to go here and check out some campers there. KC is was our salesman. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us some ones he thought would match what we were looking for. We found a get we loved. Talked about which one would be best for us and got. Everything went so easy. Prices were best around. We went to Camping World and Midistate Rv and Campers Inn around Macon/Perry Georgia. All their prices were $8,000 to $20,000 more than Ashley Outdoors. We also did a little shopping in Ashley Outdoors shopping area things for our new camper.

We searched the country and found the best price and the best service at Ashley outdoors Columbus. Amber was our sales person and she’s so personable that I felt like hugging her when we finally picked up our RV. We did all paperwork and sales processes via mail and telephone and had the best buying experience ever! 10/10 absolutely recommend using this dealership and Amber to purchase your RV.

I am writing this review with a sense of disappointment, as the experience we had with Ashley Marine was far from satisfactory. It is important for me to share our experience to caution others. Despite our initial positive impression and the hope that these issues would be resolved, our interactions with Patrick (who may be an owner) have led us to believe that the company has little regard for customer service and is in violation of Georgia state law, as referenced at the end of this review.

Initially, we were impressed with the service and would have gladly recommended Ashley Marine. However, the lack of communication regarding the necessary corrections to the boat and their refusal to acknowledge the illegality of nondisclosure of surcharges became major concerns.

We encountered several problems with the boat, including the removal of a second battery from a two-battery system; dysfunctional fuel gauges on our GPS (despite claims that a warranty claim would be submitted, which was not done and we received no response to our emails); an empty fuel tank; undisclosed damage to the rear deck that was hastily painted over; and undisclosed processing fees that were only revealed after receiving the bank statement.

Had Patrick honored his word and refunded the processing fee as promised, and followed through on resolving the boat's issues, our experience could have been salvaged. However, this was not the case.

In light of our experience, I would proceed with caution if you choose to use this marine shop. It is crucial to find a company that prioritizes customer service and provides transparent information regarding fees and any potential issues with their products.

We bought a new boat, and 1st day we noticed the not all gauges worked, knowing we lived on the coast they installed a GPS with only rivers and lakes, and then lied about the (new) Garmin not having a protective cover ever when the box stated it was included. I contacted our sales rep and he Never got back to us. I asked for the owner’s name…..Crickets!!!!!!! No Customer server at all.
UPDATE:
Sales rep text me and stated someone would call me. This was two days ago.
I have worked with many boat dealers who are professionals and care about their business and doing right by their customers and products. This dealer is not one of them.
Update:
Well they never called and calling them has not yielded and results.
Bottom line, do not buy from this dealer, they simply do not care. They should not even get One star.

First off let me start by saying I wish these stars went up to ten. I had been doing some research for a couple of months on RVs. I ended up coming back to a couple R-PODs they had posted. I was out of town at the time so I called to see if I could possibly put a deposit down so they could hold that RV. Amber was extremely helpful that day and didn’t even require the deposit. She worked with me going out of her way to FaceTime me and doing a walk thru on the phone. They even sent me a quote through email so I could understand the cost from start to finish. Long story short I got back to Georgia and set up an in person view of the RV and bought it the same day! From start to finish Amber was super helpful and I respected how honest and up front she was. Everyone there is super transparent and there’s no pressure to buy from them which I love. I hope anyone looking for an RV comes here rather than a place that will pressure your hand into something you may regret and unnecessary purchases.

we absolutely loved our sales man KC at Ashley outdoors Columbus. He made the process super easy for us and did everything he said he would. He made sure he was not pushy with the sale when we first started talking to him. He also made sure he went over it thoroughly and didn’t rush us or make us feel stupid with our questions

My husband and I recently purchased a camper through the Columbus location. We walked and spoke with members at both locations but the Columbus location was the hidden secret. This team here was truly something special. We were treated like family from the first time Amber called us on the phone when we inquired. She answered all of our questions and despite us being camper owners already she took the time to make sure we didn't have any questions with the unit we had purchased. We drove had a 6 hour round trip two weekends in a row and it was worth every minute on the road. The care and compassion the Columbus store has is something truly unique and simply old fashion. Shirley the store manager took care of us with the financial end and did an excellent job explaining everything. Amber our amazing sales consultant reached out a week after we purchased to check on us as she knew we were going on our first adventure with the new camper. We will be back in the future to deal with them again. Just an excellent experience!!
