My lease was coming up and they had a great price on a replacement Jeep. I prefer to negotiate the numbers before I visit and most dealers don’t really want to - they pressure you to come in and then you send up spending fours hours of your time (and theirs) just trying to make a deal. Auburn CDJR was not like that. They worked numbers with me and we conducted our negotiations before I arrived, so that by the time I got there it was easy and painless. They listened to how I like to work and were no nonsense, upfront and got to the point - exactly how I wanted to conduct business. Luis Barnes was my salesperson and he was very relaxed, nice and had great communication during the whole process.

I was keeping the wheels/tires off my trade in and the service department even swapped them over. They ran into a snag when an over torqued lug nut (from a different dealership) would not come off. Five of them spent an hour and half trying to get it off. Ultimately, they had to cut off the stud. They were so kind and patient during the process. Dusty, the shop foreman, was amazing! Our experience with both sales and service has been so impressive, we are going to drive a little further up to Auburn, to have them perform all our future service.

Lastly, when I got the Jeep home we noticed severe water spots on the paint. Luis and the GM, Brandon, were quick to remedy the problem and set up an appointment with their detail shop to have it fixed. They could have easily said no, as we got an amazing deal on the Jeep, but they believed in taking care of the customer.

Beware, they will do damage to your vehicle and not take responsibility! I brought my truck in for some recall repairs and at the same time decided to have some molding replaced on the passenger windows. I received a quote, and seeing how expensive it was, I decided to just to the front window since the rear was that bad and didn't necessarily need to be replaced. When I got my vehicle the rear molding had been pulled up and destroyed. Now it definitely needs to be replaced!! I took pictures brought it bad to the service department immediately and they even took pictures of it. They said the service manager would be contacting me about the matter shortly. Over a week went by without any response or resolution. I decided to call myself, all to get no response from anyone and ignored. I will definitely not be bring my truck to this dealership again!!

My service advisor, Anthony Stevens, is great. Cheerful, polite, and helpful. He even arranged for a ride home. And my 11 year old RAM 2500 truck has never run better!

I was able to get scheduled the next day for check engine light on my 2016 Ram 1500. The problem was found quickly and fixed for a reasonable price. At the same time two other recall items were fixed at no cost. I was happy with the results and service.

Everyone I encountered were friendly and helpful. I was surprised how quick my vehicle was inspected and diagnosed. Only complaint I have is that they don't offer loaner vehicles like their website states. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

My elderly mom towed in a 01 5.9l Diesel that had ran out of oil, they convinced her it was just the injectors when anyone could have reasonably deducted that the engine was bad. 4k+ later it fixed absolutely nothing and they tried getting her to pull the motor apart before she called me to question it. Probably would have sent her down a rabbit hole of 10k+ of bearing, cylinder possible crankshaft replacement when any other honest place would've suggested a used motor swap or advise it may not be worth it. To top it off they bought the truck from this location and had it serviced for 20 years at this location only, spending thousands. Don't bother go somewhere with honest people who won't suggest thousands of dollars worth of work on a blown engine when you can buy one used for half that. Disgusting
