Coming from out of state I’ve had the experience of having to go through other shops and even one of the dealers in the Sac area before finding these guys and I can honestly say Auburn Custom Cycles are the best I’ve dealt with and it’s not even close. These guy care about the customer!!! They lay their lives down always!! I’ve been a customer for 4 years. They’ve always done great work. Twice they towed me to their shop and did not charge me once. They are experts at repair! I had a charging problem. They replaced my entire charging system. 1 month later my bike did not start. They came and towed my bike to their shop and again replaced the entire charging system. No charge! Plus they gave me a 2 year warranty!
The last 2 weeks I had my front tire valve break. I had it towed there at 9;00 am when they open. No appointment! I was out of there in 52 minutes. Today I had a rear tire flat. The valve in the rear broke. They picked me up via tow. Got me to the shop and I was out of there very quickly. Again they did not charge me for the tow. They even polished my rims! They are great guys! A great customer care facility!!! I will trust them forever!!! Great service!!! Great customer care!!! Great folks!!!!

Great shop and so refreshing to see some young blood reviving the local industry not only with their technical and mechanical knowledge but also their bike nights, stunt show hosting, and community support/sponsorships. They Had my ol stubborn bi@t#* of a bike from roadside to ready to roll in no time. Even helped me get it to shop. Knowing how difficult that can be for those with no trailer, especially for us women. Accommodated my eager pick up during after hours, knowing I was desperate to catch some wind before the rain started in again. Most of all I appreciate how my needs were prioritized and how much patience I was shown in regard to my desire to learn about my bike. Truly a full service shop! Oh, and ladies, they have apparel now too!

If your looking for reliable work on your bike this is definitely a hidden gem. Dropped my dyna off to have the motor gone through Vince was more then happy to take on the work and stay in contact throughout. Bike was done in a timely manner and just absolutely rips now. Thanks guys!

I had Vince build the motor on my bike, big bore cylinders, cam upgrade as well as chain drive and some other stuff. He kept me updated with pictures and phone calls letting me know where he was in the process. Even helped tow my bike to get dyno tuned after it was all done. Great experience! I would recommend this place to anyone with a Harley that needs some work.
