Took my Mercedes in for a coolant leak. Was pleasantly surprised by their friendliness and excellent customer service. They did a thorough inspection of my car at no extra charge (since I was a 1st time customer) and did recommend a couple things that were very pertinent. I appreciated their great communication AND I especially appreciated that they did the work in a timely manner and did not try to sell me on unnecessaty work (like some of the other shops in the area).

I will bring m6 car back and HIGHLY recommend

Auburn Euro Motor is a very excellent place for car repair I took my Classic 2000 Mercedes Benz slk230 service and repairs Very Nice staff And service techs. I will be returning to Auburn Euro for all my service and repair needs I am very satisfied with this establishment.

As a follow up to a positive review I wrote a year ago - I will not be returning to this shop in the future. On the last oil change, I was charged $140.00 for an Air Filter change. The part costs about $40. The labor should not have been $100 for a 5 minute job. I contacted two other Audi dealers in the Auburn and the costs from them was a more reasonable $75.00, parts and labor.

This shop was a very pleasant surprise. I had an small emergency - I couldn't close my window and run AC and it was 100 degrees outside! I called a dozen shops in Auburn and no one could help me on the same day. Then I called Auburn Euro Motors and they said Come on Over. They fixed my problem in a half hour and I was on my way.
They are a few miles from downtown Auburn, but, trust me, it is worth a small drive to find an honest shop to work on your European import.
