Shadow Series from them in 2020. Jeff our salesman delivered great service and spent the time answering all our questions making sure we'd be happy with our purchase. He told us the boat would be a "fish catching machine", which it definitely is! We also highly recommend their service department. I want to love and support this place but they make it difficult. It started in December of 2022 when I was shopping for a brand new boat. I was interesting in looking at an RH but I couldn't get a call back. Instead shops in. Washington were the only RH dealers to call me back. I ended up buying a 2023 boulton. Then fast forward to middle of 2023 and I needed my Honda motors serviced. First they were over a month out due appointments and then said I had to drop it off for at least a week, and they'll get to it when they are free. I called Bucks Outboards and they laughed. I brought it in the following week and had it back same day. Fast forward again to July 13th of 2024. I called about a new prop for my Honda kicker. I provided the size and pitch needed as well as exact motor. I was told they had it, so I took the 25 minute drive there. Once there I found out it was the wrong prop. He then looked up the correct one and said he could order and it would take 3-4 days unless it was on backorder. However he was "going to lunch" so he wanted my info and would order it later that day. I asked for a call when it was ordered so i knew if it was backorders and he (the owner I'm assuming) said ok. Well it's now July 22nd and I never got a call back. So once again, I called bucks outboards to order the prop. I've heard a few other horror stories from people trying to get service done as well. It's sad, small businesses like this need our support but they just don't want it.

Needed to get a part to finish servicing my water pump to get my boat in the water. Called with the part number, and they verified they had it. I forgot to bring the part number with me, and I had a hard time finding it on my phone. They tried looking it up, and didn't find a part which matched the broken part I brought in. The gentleman at the counter rummaged through his inventory and found the part. All for a stupid $4.00 seal. I'm impressed they took the time to help me out; saved me two weeks waiting for the part to arrive from an online supplier. I'm impressed with their customer orientation.

We had a repower done on our boat. The experience we had with Bob was exceptional. We feel he went above and beyond when helping us through the service. Mario was very informative and helpful in explaining the break in process and did an excellent installation.

Really bad experience. For more details please read yelp review.. Do your research! Do not trust anything they say. Shop around odds are you will find a better deal and get straighter answers..
Or, it’s we thought it had this, but really it has that and now there’s going to be an up charge after the deals already been done. Do not have them install anything. Paid them to install a trolling motor had to do it all again myself, because they simply couldn’t take the time to find out what was blowing the fuse.. They happily left that for me to ascertain. Had to go through the entire system myself. Turns out they put a 50 amp fuse where a 60 amp fuse should’ve been. Basically they’re negligent.
Don’t buy the Luminal. Not worth it as you’ll keep having to deal with Auburn Outboard Marine. Shopping with them was a very frustrating & regretful experience.
However, love boat now that it’s working!

My wife and I recently purchased a new boat. Mike and Maria assisted my wife and me without no hesitation. Oddly enough, my bank was the one who made everything difficult. However Mike and Maria refused to give up on us. Every single time I called me, he never gave up on me. I don't know how many times I called and texted him because of my bank. But Mike was polite and understanding to every one of my calls and texts. Maria emailed all the documentation that my bank needed and completed everything timely which we were so grateful for. When my wife and I were finalizing the paperwork in store, the staff were so kind. We were there with our little and my in-laws. I have to say this place is really family friendly as I had a 19 month old who just couldn't sit still. My wife had to go outside and let him run around and Maria came with cookies which really helped out my little man to calm down. Bob was so kind and assisted me in explaining the equipment that I needed. I felt like I was bugging him so much but he always smiled and assisted my family. I am a first time boat owner.. Funny enough, I have no clue how to operate the boat that I just purchased but Mario kindly explained how everything works on the boat. Before leaving, he even changed the propellor to make sure it was a right fit. Seriously customer service exceeds my expectations. Thank you to all staff at Auburn Outboard Marine for listening to my family and me and always making sure we leave with a smile. I cannot wait to come back to have a trolling motor installed. Thank you!!

I bought a use lund boat back in february the service n ppl were nice, but its been 4 months i havent got anythings from the dmv like title for boat n tailer or plates. I still waiting for the dmv on there behalf, its frustrated when u dont have the registration, title or plate for either one.
