If I could give a lower rating I would. My sister is a paraplegic and depends on delivery of her numerous necessary medications. After years of being a loyal customer she is now being charged a delivery fee and today when her prescriptions were delivered the driver took her money and then said she didn't have change and would be back. If I would have known she didn't have change I wouldn't have given her the money. When my sister called the pharmacy to express her concern she was called a liar. Between the way my sister was treated, the delivery driver making deliveries without change and the rudeness of the staff I have never seen more unprofessional behavior. Mail order deliveries are available from most insurance providers or professional pharmacies now. Auburn pharmacy just lost another customer.

After Schroder’s abruptly closed without telling anyone, my prescriptions were transferred here. This place is literally holding half of my prescriptions hostage, won’t fill them, but charged my insurance so I can’t get them filled anywhere else without paying out of pocket. Snarky employees also. Two thumbs down, do not recommend.
