This dealership one of the best! They have the best prices and honest employees.
My friend and I bought used Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro 2024.
Highly recommend to work with MARK BANAR. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Test drive went great and all the vehicles in a great shape. We’re highly satisfied with service. Mark speaks 3 languages- UKRAINIAN, RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH. So if you need any help, he is the one. 1️⃣

I had a fantastic experience at Auburn Toyota! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. My salesperson Jake, even though I decided to just buy my GR Corolla on sight without test driving, insisted I test drive the vehicle to make sure I found the right car for my needs. The financing process was smooth and easy with Cameron, and I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 from Auburn Toyota and could not be happier with the truck.

I fully recommended buying from a family owned dealership as their prices are competitive, they are more honest, and provide more quality service to the customer. I have purchased from and shopped at larger dealerships before with negative experiences. If I were to purchase another vehicle, it would be from a family owned.

Billy Hamill was the salesman who helped me and was awesome. He seemed genuine and honest and even helped me get my truck to where it needed to be after purchase. If you visit Auburn Toyota, ask for Billy!

My five star review was definitely for Billy and for how my truck turned out. Two complaints I have were that the tires’ tread was somewhat worn in which I had to purchase new tires. When the tires were replaced, the tire shop found that the rims were covered with plastic caps that made them appear nicer than they actually were. The tire shop broke the plastic caps because of the cheap material. I am not sure how aware the dealership was about the tires and wheels, but it would have been nice for them to be transparent about it if they did know, otherwise I would have been happier with the purchase and not ending up spending a couple thousand on new tires and wheels. However, I am happy with the new tires and wheels and the overall appearance of the truck.

He gave me weekly updates throughout the process, answered my millions of questions, and did not pressure me at all. I got everything and more with my purchase without BS markups or hidden fees. I visited Auburn Toyota on Saturday, 2/15 with uncertainty and a bit of apprehension (not knowing what I wanted and really not looking forward to getting bombarded by car sellers). However, I had the opposite experience! Wayne, our sales friend, was patient, kind, super friendly and really knowledgeable. He took me, without any complaints or irritation, on 6 test drives with multiple vehicles. He listened and ONLY showed me inventory that met my criteria. He guided me to finding the perfect truck for me and my wallet. I can’t recommend him enough!
Greg in finance knew I didn’t want to haggle or negotiate and again, didn’t push or try to sell me something I didn’t want. He was quick, tidy, and informative during the signing process, getting me in and out in about 20 minutes.
Overall, I had a great experience and am genuinely thankful for this dealership’s approach to putting the buyer first. Thanks Auburn Toyota (especially Wayne)!
