The dealership asked us to provide a Google review through their platform which was provided 2 weeks ago. Didn't seem to make it on here which makes me think they're filtering out these types of reviews.

Our sales associate Raul was great would recommend working with him, super helpful and worked hard to make the deal happen. However my husband and I came in pre approved with the approval code from our bank and they were a preferred dealer in their system. Dealer still needed a credit app to confirm identity with our chosen bank…fine no problem. We told them we were going to buy a house and they assured us the app wouldn’t be used for anything except identity confirmation. Well they ended up pushing the app to another bank getting more hard inquiries on our reports claiming they were trying to save us money. Wouldn’t trust these guys again.
