Mike did a great job with my 2016 Kia Optima SX. My car lost power on the freeway, driving home from work the day before. Pretty scary.

Dropped my vehicle off the very next day, after a family member recommended Auto Diagnostic & Repair.

Mike took the necessary time to inspect my vehicle and was able to identify a couple of issues. We spoke about the work that needed to be done. And even a game plan in case the initial solution failed. I’ve been driving alone safely and confidently ever since.

My son and I depend on that car, so this was money well spent.

I will be bringing my car back soon to get the brakes done.

I was visiting Brentwood from Eugene, OR. My air conditioning wasn’t working so I called and made an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I took my car in. Everyone there was very friendly and very helpful. They had to keep my car overnight but they fixed the problem the next morning. I would highly recommend them for service. Anthony and his team helped me in my time of need. While taking my son to school, our car stopped on the freeway and AAA dropped my car off at the closest auto repair. I knew nothing about Auto Diagnostic & Repair, so I was really nervous. After dropping off my car, Anthony reached out and gave me his diagnosis of the car within an hour of dropping of my car. Anthony then followed up and confirm it was what he thought and by the next afternoon I had my car back. Anthony team was friendly and patient with me with all my questions. I’ve been back to visit three times (old car). And they have all been INCREDIBLE. They are kind and courteous, extremely communicative, and make me feel like I’m taken care of. Car issues make me very nervous and I usually have real trust issues, but there’s a reason I keep coming back when I have problems. I took my 2003 Tahoe to this shop. As always, the service is beyond excellent!!! They dug right into the issues and called me when the thorough diagnostic was completed. 👍 They were honest and forthright with the many issues my car had. I always appreciate that! Unfortunately, the repair would be much, much more than the car is worth! Estimated cost: $14,000!!! I might as well get a new car! They explained my options and I’m thinking about it! I took my car in to get a second opinion on the problem. They got it in right away and diagnosed the problem quickly. They provided friendly service and reasonable rates. When I decided it wasn't worth doing the repairs Anthony suggested a company that pays cash for cars. That was very helpful.
