Every time I call. It’s at lease 30-40 wait.
When I visit the store. They have 1 worker working, more than 5 people in line every time. They take their sweet time. Should bench mark Auto Fit for some tips.

They need to get people on the phone that speak better english. Made me waste a 2 hour drive because the lady on the phone i ordered from doesnt know the difference in parts even when you tell her multiple times what you need. Then i get there and they say they arent allowed to sell that part. Makes for a wasted day

I gave 3 stars because the part came the next day but management needs to get different front desk people...i walk to the front desk and I have to wait a few minutes to be helped since the girl is just sitting there flapping her gums and the 2 guys just look at me like I'm just standing there for fun but I finally get my part after she's done telling her very important story
