1 star only because location is horrible, parking is ridiculous, they suggest to buy online, but yet the website has issues, and online order line is also long!!! The only benefit are there prices.

Was attended by an employee that didnt want to tell me his name . When asked to get a part for my 2008 Toyota he replied that I need an 2009 part. Because of him. I had to drive to 30 miles back. Wasting my time. Never again

This place has the lowest prices in town! They dont offer life time warranty. 12 months with receipt or a picture of the receipt.

They need to re open best auto parts for low prices I don’t need an autozone Napa or Orielly’s I need auto tech warehouse out here in barstow I’m from La but live out here I once drove almost 2 hrs just to come here for parts on my truck I will do it again for all of my cars

Great prices! Sort of a long wait, it's better to order items on line and pick up yourself. But if you pay online, you have to present cc and id or picture of cc owner with id, and if shipped, will only be shipped to address of cc holder. But customer service is GREAT! Helpful, informative and they try to be patient

I had to put 1 star just to comment. Bought a battery 5 months ago. Had to miss work today, brought battery back and they wouldn't replace it. Said it needed to be charged. Ok, also said battery was leaking. Isn't that reason enough to replace battery? Anyways, left it for 2 hours. Returned, and battery was barely at 90%. that must have meant the battery was sorta low. Asked to speak to manager, he said he was busy. To busy to talk to a customer. Always referred people on a budget here. Prices are decent, quality of product is very poor. Lines are long, and customer service sucks. Won't be coming back here again. I'll also let everyone I've referred know about this.

Prices are good, waited over an hour in line though. Literally in a line to get to the counter, and I even bought my stuff ahead of time online. But if you've got some time to kill the prices are good
