What an incredible experience dealing with the team at Avalon Transportation. We arranged for a 4 month car rental for our son who has a Tesla Internship. Barry was very responsive, helpful, clear and very cooperative. He treated our family as we were part of his family. Coming from Canada to California and not knowing exactly what to expect, we were beyond delighted when we met Linda to take delivery of the car. Linda was an absolute joy. We shared stories and laughs and then got down to the delivery. The rental car and the contract were 100% as agreed. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just a great car at a great price! Barry and Linda put our minds at ease and assured us that our son would have immediate contacts should he EVER need any support. Both Linda and Barry gave us their cell numbers and told us to call them anytime. Thank you for making this process easy and fun. These guys are the real deal! Honest and kind! Barry and Linda were really patient and helpful during the process of renting me a car. I did a month-long rental of a brand new 2024 Toyota Corolla at a very reasonable price. Barry and his staff are wonderful to work with and provide personalized service. Towards the end of the month, I realized I would need to extend the rental for another month, and Barry was very accommodating. Overall, a great experience with Avalon for a long-term car rental.
