From first contact by phone, to return of rental car, dealing with Aztec was a fabulous experience. Candace and Lou were so accessible, helpful, gave us a great car of our choice, for a good price, and were on the ball about our return flight home in order to drive us to PSP for our flight back. Candace even gave us some excellent Mexican restaurant recommendations. Stellar customer service, nice cars, great prices and you're not dealing with an impersonal, shady, multi national corp. I left something in the rental car and Aztec returned it by post expediently. Much appreciated! I return to the desert often and will only be using Aztec from now on. Thanks for everything Candace and Lou!

Fair competitive rental prices. Below all others. Family business that oUt races the competition. Owner Lou and Company do about anything to get you where you are going. .Been doing business for over 20 years with Aztec and was just there today asking for their service once again.

I rented a car for about a week while mine was in the shop. Staff are very friendly and made the rental process fast and easy. Price was excellent and I got to drive a hybrid EV car which was excellent on gas. I would definitely go back to them if I need a rental car in the future

These upstanding citizens rented my elderly father a car in Palm Springs so he could drive to our house to see his family on Christmas. He's rented from them before, but this time they charged him $15/day more than normal. Since they didn't bother telling him 'til he had already arrived at their location, he had no choice but to suck up the extra rental charges.
When he arrived at my house, I noticed two pieces of duct tape on the car(one on the hood, the other on the right rear door). Thinking it was odd that a relatively newer Corolla would have holes in the metal, I pulled back the duct tape and found LARGE CALIBER BULLET HOLES! Of course they went entirely through the panels, and into the interior, and I am FUMING that they not only took advantage of my elderly father, but they also gave him a car that had been shot-multiple times, and didn't even bother fixing the holes.
Way to go Aztec. You're the dung of the rental car world

Great service, really awesome team who always go the extra mile to make a rental easy and convenient. Good fleet of sedans and SUVs - we rented a Hyundai Elantra and it was well priced for a 3 day rental over the Easter weekend. Avoid the bigger name rental companies and come here instead. Will definitely rent from here on our next PS visit, highly recommend.
