This shop literally saved my bike and my life.
I was on the freeway and suddenly got a death wobble. I limped in to this shop by the referral of a friend who lives in the area.
As it turned out I had a catastrophic failure in my rear wheel ( bearing was demolished )
I dropped the bike off no questions asked and 2 hours later my bike was ready to go but I was at work. They held my bike until I got off work and when I showed up to receive the bike not only was it fixed they even wiped it down clean for me.
This is a great group of guys. Highly recommend their service! 5 starts for sure!

Nothing negative here. Very knowledgeable staff with excellent customer service. Prompt timely service. I became a customer when a dealership wanted to total out my bike due to some front end damage. I took the bike to Back Alley and they fixed it. That was 4 years ago and lots of ride time ago. The fact that I ride for weeks at a time with no issues says it all all for me. Thanks Back Alley for fixing my bike and thousands of trouble free miles.

I wanted to try something other than the HD dealerships after time and time again of being disappointed about their service. So, I went online and found Back Alley. I went and was pleasantly surprised about their service. I was waiting for my bike, talking to another customer, when he told people come from all over Southern California to bring their bikes to Chad and his guys. That speaks volumes for the kind of work they do here. Really glad I can find a place I can trust.

After 5 shop visits elsewhere in SoCal for a recurring starting problem, Chads team figured it out. They are currently adding some enhancements so that it never happens again.
