Pretty neat shop just is all Harley Davidson shops are. Staff is pleasant and their selection is pretty good. The only thing on the shop is their company sign out front needs to be fixed. He should have more pride and appearance of their store Harley-Davidson brand.

At a ripe 61, my first bike purchase ever from Al. Very personable and knowledgeable. Spent most of the day taking care of a couple things found during trat ride on my used choice. Now after a few hundred miles, why did I wait so long?

We were able to work together to get financing and paperwork in order prior to my arrival, I took a test drive, esigned some documents, received some education on features of the bike courtesy of Al, and then rode home. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the service department at Harley Davidson Bakersfield. Both the service manager, Don, and the front counter advisor, Job, were terrific to deal with and kept me posted while my bike was in the shop.

While my bike was there they even replaced a couple items on the house, when they realized they weren't operating correctly. This kind of service is above and beyond, and speaks to the true nature of customer retention. I strongly recommend Harley of Bakersfield for future service needs. They have a great selection of bikes for sale, too.

Great service! My bike was rear-ended coming over the grapevine in October. I had it towed to Bakersfield Harley on a Sunday. Unfortunately they're closed on Sunday and Monday. The good news is I was able to get a hold of somebody through their Facebook page and a service employee went down there Sunday night on his own time, opened up the shop and pulled my bike in to the service department to make sure it was safe over the long weekend.
It's very uncommon these days to get that kind of service!
Besides going out of the way that night, they ended up rebuilding the whole back end of my bike and it looks and rides like it was brand new again.

Purchased my 2023 Street Glide Special from this dealership. Excellent staff from sales to apparel. Everyone was pleasant. Salesman did a great job. I was riding away within about an hour of the purchase. No hassle and no drama. Great dealership. I’m very happy with my purchase and this dealership team.

Spoke on the phone with Al, provided photos and details about my bike. Was told they typically appraise for $6,000, but since I have damage it may be a little less. Fully understandable, silly though considering I gave very detailed photos.

I bring the bike by and I am told $4,500, but that if I let them keep it overnight they will see about getting me more. I follow up the next day, no response. The next day I get a simple text, "3,000". I ask for more info, again no response. They still have my bike at this point, its not until 5 days later I get another basic response pushing me to buy a new bike and I will get more for my trade.

Take caution, transparency and communication tends to be a last thought here.
