Arrived today Saturday at 7:15am. They are closed until 8am. So please make sure to call before coming down here. The Service representative named Dalton helped me and was amazing. Very friendly and was more than happy to assist me.

It's a very busy place.I'm sure they do fantastic work.. I was just not expecting a 3 day.Wait but it's to be expected when parts are scarce.. Thank you guys for the great service and for getting my big rig back together.Hopefully friday it will be ready for pick up so I could be home..

Stay away from here. These guys told me I needed a bottom end done on my truck because the oil plug on bottom of oil pan failed. Made me wait for a week while I had to chase down parts that they said were on back order just to tell me when I found the parts that my rods and mains were good and charged me an arm and a leg for service when all I needed was a new plug Drivers BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They don’t want to work on your equipment.

Best dealership experience I've had in 5 years of owning this truck. Travis and curt went 1000 miles above and beyond to get my truck fixed the same day. I had a hood bracket that broke free from the glue on the fiberglass hood. I got there at noon. I brought the new bracket with me. These guys are honest because they reused my old bracket so i could get my money back for the bracket saving me 249.00 dollars and i thought my grill tabs were broken but it turns out i just needed new springs. So instead of forcing me to buy a new one from them for 800 dollars it didnt cost me any extra and the total bill was cheaper because they fixed it without taking my aftermarket bumper or the hood off which saved time and money because they actually charged me actual labor instead of standard 2 hours for job. I am really impressed and if i need work done and am anywhere near here i will definitely be back. Velocity who? Oh yeah thats the place i called to get an estimate and sat on hold 25 minutes without talking to anybody before hanging up. Thank you again travis and curt for your help and hard work

I bring my truck here for oil change and they not call for 2 days and when I came for pickup they charge 350$ and told me I need to change fifth wheel and they not even did oil change,don’t come here better fix outside Macanic shops because they charge without doing any work

Every time we have gone in everyone has been very nice but today we went in and a guy named Jose helped us but he was super arrogant and very rude to us when dealing with a return because they had gave us the wrong part in the first place
