Was looking for a Geo Pro 19FBS and Banning RV had it on sale. Deal was conducted over the phone and there were no surprises on pick up day.

The service tech walk through by Alfonso was great, Austin the service manager was great too.

A small family owned/operated RV place. Definitely a better experience than one of those large dealerships. Did not get pressured at all! Thank you Banning RV!

John, Zach, Austin, and everyone there expertly helped us get our new coach on the road! They answered every question and fixed any issue that popped up.

MOLD Comes installed from the factory on NEW Rockwood mini lite RVs. All units with drop frame pass through storage are all moldy. The underbody is not waterproof when you pull in the rain it's saturates the plywood floor in that storage. Mine got saturated in moldy when it was transported from the factory to the dealer.
The plumbing also immediately leaks inside of the cabinetry where you can't see it until a substantial amount of damage has occurred.
The owner of banning RV says I don't see anything I don't smell anything.
RV nightmares are sold here!
Rockwood is denying warranty.
The last photo is the communication between the manufacturer and the repair facility the manufacturers response will make your skin crawl when you read it.

I was there for 15 minutes and I never saw an employee. I walked through the offices and around the lot. Never saw anyone and no one approached me.

Wanted to share that we purchased our RV in March of 2019. We had a wonderful salesman named Robert. While on our very first trip with our RV, we wanted to use our oven. We thought we were following the directions to light the pilot but it didn't light. We contacted Robert who connected us with the Service Manager John. We felt horrible bothering him after hours, but he was so kind and helpful. He wanted us to have a wonderful family trip. This was amazing service because I have never had a service department let alone their new manager put our priorities first over theirs. We got the pleasure of meeting John today August 2, 2019 for some service on our trailer to fix the small kinks. He was very kind and made you feel important and wanted us to feel like we are in good hands. Glad John became the new service manager!

I read all the reviews and was hesitant to come on. I like to make decisions on my own experience. From start- I spoke with Rick, then came in a met Aundre, Both men were fantastic. We found something that fit our needs, they were not pushy and in no way rude. We had a verbal agreement of the cost and everything, a few days later we were called in to come in and pick. They kept their word, nothing was hidden from us. Gus and another guy ( I'm so sorry I forgot your name) they showed us everything and they were great!... we then spoke to the service manager ( I'm sorry I forgot his name to) super helpful and he did not try to sell us things we didn't need. There was one item we were interested in and he looked it up and ordered it for us. All around everyone person was helpful. No complains from me. I would tell anyone give them a chance and go in. They had a good selection of different layouts. Thank You Banning Rv!... we appreciate all your time!

We took in our Forest River Palomino trailer for service. There were some issues that occurred since we purchased the trailer in October 2018. The service was scheduled a couple of weeks in advance.
The service performed was done on the designated day and time as previously agreed upon. Our treatment by the service manager, John Thompson and technician Mr. Castro who fixed the problems on our trailer was exceptional. We will be returning here again if we have any service issues. I would recommend the service department at Banning RV to anyone that needs service work done on the brands that is handled by this location.
Returned for some service items on August 21, 2019 for a scheduled appointment made by the RV center. A replacement door was to be put on the pantry under warranty. Came for the appointment with the trailer and was told that they were short staffed that day and I could I return to tomorrow. I agreed to do so and was told to come after 1 pm next day. The Service Manager said they were too busy to do anything and when he retrieved the new door ordered it was the incorrect color for the trailer. The awning previous fixed by this center also had problems that needed addressing. The manager refused to do anything although in order to get to the this service center, we had to travel more than 50 miles. He said that he would re-order the door in question. However I would not recommend this RV place even if you have an appointment. They will not honor your appointment or time slot. This was radically different than the first time at place of business. We were going to trade in our trailer for a large model here based on our first visit, however we have reconsidered and now will look elsewhere.
