I just purchased a 2025 Honda Accord hybrid and I am so in love with my new car! My experience purchasing the vehicle was smooth from start to finish. We searched and priced for about a month to find out a fair price for the vehicle. We made contact via Barber’s online page and were contacted with Joel from online sales. We went back and forth getting information and numbers via email/text. Honestly, we didn’t even need to much negotiating because we felt we were getting a great price! Once we were comfortable with a payment that included a great extended warranty😃 we went in for a test drive. I immediately fell in love with the car and Joel didn’t pressure us at all. We didn’t purchase the first day because we were back and forth with another vehicle but I couldn’t stop thinking of the Honda. We returned on New Year’s Eve and sealed the deal! Joel, even went and beyond giving us an upgrade that we planned on adding in the future. Honestly, online sales makes the negotiating part easy! The pressure of in person sales is gone and everything is just upfront for you to decide. After researching this car for awhile, I knew I was getting a great price on a absolutely beautiful and fuel efficient vehicle.
Thank you to Joel for making this transaction feel so smooth and easy! Again, I’m in love with my new car☺️

The staff here at the Express Service at Barber Honda Bakersfield were professional, thorough, and friendly! They serviced my transmission and also showed me some other things that they recommended to maintain as well, but nothing is mandatory. You only do what ya want! I trust the work that they do and felt everything was honest.

Victor was great to work with, answering all of our questions, while not pressuring us like other dealers. He even offered to drive out of town to get us another color. We have always driven Toyota Camry’s but now we’re trying a Honda knowing they are long lasting as well. Thank you Victor and Gus for making our experience a great one!

If i could give this a 0 star i would. (i had no issue with the advisor, just the service). i came in for a oil leak earlier this year, and again this week for the same leak since i noticed it was still leaking on my last oil change. They kept my car for the rest of the day and i got the end of the next day but with the same leak. Not sure if they didn’t even bother to look at it and just replaced the undercover hardware they didnt put on from the last visit but the oil is still there on my mount dripping on my undercover. Not sure if they even replaced anything in the first place since it’s untouched from how i went in. I don’t have time to keep bringing it in so its just inconvenience at this point, the least that they can do is clean the oil leak if its no longer leaking but they never even bothered to inspect my car for the repair. 3rd time going back for the same reason.

I had an appointment today to bring in my Accord due to a recall. Everything went good and easy. I’m not familiar with this specific dealership but it was easy to figure out where I needed to go to take my car in. The two people at the front desk in the service room helped me out. I’m bad with remembering names so I cannot give them both a proper thank you/shoutout on this review but the young man and woman were awesome with the details and communication. My car was going to be there for a whole days worth of work but got it back within about 3 hours so thank you to the mechanics! 5/5 service

Gave me a great deal. ISM( Joel) was easy to work with. Typically the finance manager is a pain in the ***. Fortunately Barber had a great finance manager that made it a cake walk and was able to close my deal in less than 2 hours instead of the all day headache

I had a great experience here at Barber Honda. I was car shopping for my little sister, as this was going to be her first car. Salesman, Sergio Burquez, helped me out right away when I told him what I was looking for and what my budget was. He knew his numbers and gave me great results making me confident in my purchase. I really had a great experience and I’m sure to return and recommend others to check it out.
My sister is now happily riding in her new car.
