The customer experience in service and parts have gone down hill since the new department manager was changed. However, sales staff is amazing. It has been so inconvenient ordering parts because they are now closed on the weekends. It takes two trips across town to get parts they do not have is stock.

So un happy with the service here! I bought a vehicle for work purposes plus they sell me an extended warranty...now the car rattles a nasty metal against metal scratching noise when I turn it on and off .well I get here and the stupid car doesn t make that noise not to mention I use my car for traveling as my job consists of me seeing patients in their homes for care..they then tell me i have to leave my car here for 2 days are you kidding me!!!..the frustration.....and no car for use for working...what ever happen to the description in buying my extended warranty plus the use of a loaner car in instances like this... in this case.?anything to make a fast buck....
