I can not recommend Bargain rent a car enough!! Roger has been absolutely wonderful.
I needed a car last minute and not only did he accommodate me he had me picked up via shuttle and when I arrived I was in and out in 10 minutes. The car runs great and the price is fantastic! I’ve been using the rental about 6 weeks and it’s been hassle free the entire time.

After leaving a one-star review for their business they attempted to remove more money off of my card without authorization or advising me first. After renting me a vehicle that had a shredded seat belt and black tape over there emergency lights that would have otherwise indicated the failing brakes and airbags they have the audacity to run my account without advising me first. I spent 6 hours on public transportation from Los Angeles to San Diego to pick up a vehicle that was promised to my girlfriend only do arrive and she said vehicle but told I couldn't rent it. I had to sleep at the transit center in Oceanside that night waiting for the first available train back to Los Angeles early in the hours of the next morning. Untrustworthy every time we've had to rent a vehicle from them we've had to replace their tires and on this last particular trip I had to replace an entire manifold that had rusted through and broken during the normal course of operation. Go with the professional company your family's life might depend on it!

My cousin and I needed a rent a car after our Cadillac Escalade died. Rodger was great in getting us into a car at great rate. Any issues that arise and he took care of as quickly as possible and with great professionalism and understanding.
If you have a need for a rent a car and want a great price and don't want to deal with the "corporate" guys, call or go by and see Rodger.

Horrible, this place knows how to lose a customer. I was hit by another car, I am fully insured. The driver that struck the rental was fully insured. And Roger harassed me for over a week with non stop calls and text messages saying " this is all your fault, my car needs to be fixed or give me more money". I told him " both I and the other driver have reported the collision to our insurance, the repair isn't going to happen overnight". I reported the collision to my and his insurance and to the DMV. And Roger still called and texted me demanding more money. This place preys on nice people. Please do not go there.

And no, this is not a " phony review". I am using a different alias. I have saved text messages from Roger where he is blaming me and harassing me. So no, this is not a phony review.

If your looking to rent a vehicle that's Affordable and Reliable, I do highly recommend giving this place a call. Roger & Kathleen both are extremely Honest and Professional. Roger made it easy to get a rental last minute. And it's affordable for 2 weeks while my car gets warranty covered repairs for 2 weeks. I appreciate working with him and his good customer service! Definitely recommend!
