I wanna start by saying that Bartels Harley Davison in Marina del Rey really helped me out!
I was having an electrical problem with my bike and i took it to them to get fix! I got my bike back couple of days later and after couple of more days the same issue was there so i call them and explain to them what was going on! They told me to bring it back that they will fix it for Free i took it back and they got it Fix and not only that! They offered me to give me the money i spend on the first time i took it to get fix they gave me that money as store credit, i ended up getting a new pair of grips for my bike and the Service Manager Matthew was such a helpful guy he had the new grips installed on my bike completely FREE and gave me new LED Taillight FREE TOO as a compensation for the inconvenience of me having to bring back my bike to get fix. Long story short they BLESSED me with all this and they’re customer service was amazing always making me feel important as a client and getting my bike fix right there while i was waiting in the store im super happy with them i dont know about this bad reviews but i guarantee you they ARE THE BEST IN BUSINESS! Thank you so much Bartels Harley Davison in Marina del Rey i will continue the support and making business with you guys!

I just have to give the Team 5 -Stars all the way around! I bought a ‘24 HD CVO Road Glide ST a month or so back in white. “Joe” was my guy, he’s the best … but it was a truly a TEAM and family effort for sure. They make you feel at home and like family - was an excellent buying experience. I checked around on price and they definitely were fair for the HD world. Lots of attention, lots of follow up - all above board, honest good guys, the contract team was great, best selection, and excellent after the sale check ins. And yes, the price was fair and they were clear to the penny. No surprises at all. I added some items after the sale and the folks in service were great too. They have a cook out every Saturday - maybe best burger ever! Just an old fashioned great family dealership and business. You have choice - I’d choose Bartels again and again, you should too!!’ , (and I’d get Joe to help) - just a good dude! Summary - A++ !!!

Purchased a Sportster Forty Eight from Joe @ Bartels with an aftermarket warranty in August (great guy). The service department here is a disaster. The bike was in three times in the first three months (had to be towed each time) due to an electrical issue. Conclusion is the techs are lazy and didn't want to replace a battery. Cost me thousands in time and deductible fees. I would not recommend Bartels.

Stay away. Purchasing experience was good. The service department is a joke. I took my bike in to check on an oil leak. They held it for a month while keeping me in the dark. I had to call repeatedly to inquire. Upon picking it up I was charged for work that wasn’t performed and told I “should probably get new tires”, like they couldn’t check on those or tell me that while it sat there for a month? Took the bike to another Harley shop and they found a catastrophic failure on the rear wheel which was covered on warranty. I’m glad I didn’t die. I have also discovered other issues now, less that 400 miles later. Sucks that they charged me $700 for nothing but at least the bike is sorted on Harley warranty. Manager has not gotten back to me. Needles to day, I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on.
