After $800+ dollar bill. I still had to fix my own ATV. So do like I did and just use YouTube or just Google it but, whatever you do don't use these guys..

Why would you rebuild and clean a fuel pump at $100+ hour labor when you could just order one online like I had to for $40 bucks after I had paid these guys to do and after all that got it back leaking. Makes no sense right.
Also asked for a High Altitude Fuel Jet to be installed during the tune up. Yes, it's a thing when you are above 8k feet elevation. So after I was told this had been done I get 2k miles away on an elk hunting trip. The ATV was not running right. We had to break down the carburetor that these guys rebuild to find out they had the standard fuel jet installed. Luckily there was a Polaris shop in town that knew what they were doing and had a jet available and we did the fix ourselves.
NOT HAPPY WITH THESE GUY...
WOULD NOT RECOMMEND....

I couldn't figure out how to give Nathan and the team at Basch Brothers Powersports 6 stars, I would if I could. They acted fast, communicated consistently, were extremely reliable, provided exemplary service, offered expert advice and did all of this at an amazing price. I drove 300 miles to do business with them and I'd do it again from 1000 miles away if I had to.

I have purchased from Basch Brothers Powersports for over 20 years. There's not a better family to do business with in Alabama! This latest acquisition was a Bad Boy 61" Zero Turn with suspension. It is, hands down, the most productive and comfortable mower I've ever used and I owned a large landscape/maintenance company for 30 years. Honest sales and consistent service after the sale. Hard to find a better combination!

They do decent work, but make damn sure you know exactly what you’re getting into before you take it to them, I asked them to look at a front differential on a four wheeler and and give me an estimate of what it’s gonna cost to replace it and they charged $682.50 to tell me my differential was bad which I already knew. They charge $105 an hour for labor. EDIT, Not once did I get a phone call or a voicemail as you said in your reply. My phone is always on me and it works perfectly fine.

I sent an email about a UTV that I needed repaired. I knew it wasn't a brand that they work on but asked if they would look at it anyway. I was very pleased with their response. They told me they would take a look at it and try to fix it. Not only does they not repair it but they did so within 2 days and very inexpensively. I think they are top-notch. I can heartily recommend them for UTV repair. And I thank them for their service as well

For some of us, a SxS purchase is a big chunk of change. I texted & spoke on the phone with Nathan and could not be happier with the whole process. I bought a used unit and was treated very well all along. There was even a situation of a second buyer for the same unit but I had already made a deposit. Nathan stayed true to his word. I SO appreciate that level of integrity! Would not hesitate to make a major purchase from Basch Bros. Powersports again. Super happy with the deal, process and the people. Grateful.

Don't purchase a bad boy mower. The name says it all "BAD". I average 20 properties a week. I have to scrape the under deck every other day, the grass sticks. If you come upon any slope it will turn and you can't straighten up. I have gotten stuck in a ditch twice because of this. Have had this mower a year and 1 month. The hardware that holds the seat broke and fell apart this month. This is a commercial grade zero turn. I have a John Deer regular zero turn for home use and it has lasted 8 years so far with no issues.
My issue was with the mower not your business, until your reply. When I was looking for a new mower I was looking for a commercial grade, I was told that the mower I purchased was the lowest grade of the commercial line. That it would handle the job. Now you say it is not a commercial grade. So I was lied to.

Purchased a UTV from Basch Brothers. Ralph was straightforward and made the process easy. We discovered a broken part on the UTV when we got it home and Ralph ordered a replacement part and had it shipped to us. Great experience. Would buy from again.
