I bought a golf cart from this battery source last October I took back to them and told them it not charge up now they have had it almost two months so go by to see what up with it and the man say I put in some new part and it not doing right you might need to take it somewhere else how would feel you spend yo hard earned money with them and they tell you that

Fantastic customer service! Brought an older battery in for my tractor in 2019 to replace. They checked to see if I had warranty left, which I did. They were so helpful getting my old battery out of the trunk and putting the new in. So friendly and helpful. Thanks guys!

If the batteries were better quality I would still be using them but I just can't keep replacing my batteries once a year on all 15 of my vehicles. Everything else was great except the one thing that matters the most. I'm not knocking the employees, all of them do a great job.

They have nearly battery you can want, and for the most part their service is pretty friendly. The only issue I have with them is when I went in to get a new key fob battery today, the guy just popped out the old battery and popped in the new one... a total of about 5 seconds. But then he adds a $6 service for the $3.99 battery. Wish he had told me before doing it that his popping the key fob will cost me $6... I would happily have popped the key fob open for him myself!! It literally takes less than 2 seconds. I have seen some sketchy business practices before but this is probably the most ridiculous of them all!!

I needed a battery for my car key fob. I procrastinated because I needed to google how to remove it from my fob and determine what kind of battery I needed. Then go on the hunt for one. For months I used the little skinny key to get in my car. I also figured I could go to the dealership but dreaded such thought. One day I passed by Battery Source as I have a million other times and just randomly pulled in. I thought they were a car or heavy machinery type battery type place. I was wrong. They have every type battery you could ever imagine. Those guys were so friendly! Took my key fob, popped it open, grabbed a battery and had me back in business. Took my spare fob and did the same thing. They made sure it worked and didn’t have to reset anything in my car. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Amazing service!!
