I known the Road King was a beautiful classic motorcycle for decades, but I had no idea how phenomenal a experience it is to actually ride one.

I recently stopped by to make the small purchase of a helmet and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a Harley. I was helped by a girl named Kylie, and she was ignorant and rude. Every time I asked about the price for an item she would get short with me and tell me to “find it myself.” Before I was done with her help she walked away from me into a back room and disappeared for the rest of the time I was there. I didn’t even buy anything because that just left such a bad impression. I will not be coming back here if it means I have to talk to her again.

Spike and Opie and all the staff at Battle Born were amazing and very welcoming to the HD family. When I'm ready for another bike I will be back. The dealership is tucked back even though it's right next to the highway. A very beautiful dealership and clean. Been riding HD’s for over 40 years. This dealer it’s just ok, nothing special. i’m speaking from a parts and accessories only, have not done any service here. It’s one of a few that’s owned by a big automotive dealership. That gives it a bit of negative right away for me. They do host some nice events throughout the year.

Outstanding customer service. Jimmy and Opie made me feel welcomed and were very knowledgeable answering all of my questions. Very knowledgeable staff who really took the time in showing me the ins and outs of my knew bike. Battle Born HD is an amazing dealership with tons of inventory of motorcycles, riding gear, parts and upgrades. Service department is top notch and I was able to schedule my first 1000 mile service when it was needed and convenient for me. Better yet it will be same day service. I live in Reno but will be doing all my service and HD upgrades at Battle Born HD.
