Marc and his staff are true professionals. My wife and I had a great experience selling our boat, which is not always the case. I recently purchased a boat that was represented by Bay Yachts. I did not use a broker to represent but I worked directly with the seller’s agent, Elgin Bradley. Even though Elgin was technically hired by the seller, he was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process, setting appropriate expectations and timelines and I always felt like he was looking out for my interests as well. I would definitely recommend Elgin and Bay Yachts to anyone thinking about buying or selling a boat.

I just finished the purchase of a boat through Bay Yacht Sales. I knew that Marc Bay, the broker, was hired to work for the seller, yet I was quite pleased that he thoroughly represented both sides of the sales process to make it a win/win for both parties.

Anyone buying a boat knows it's not very often you find one in your own backyard; this one was over 2000 miles away from my location. Marc helped in all aspects, providing an extensive list of surveyors and mechanics for me to pick from, used his relationships with his contacts in the region to keep us moving forward, providing helpful recommendations on next steps. Even after the sale was complete, he still continued to help until the boat was ready to travel back east.

A true professional, and a genuine person. A great thank you to Marc and to Bay Yacht Sales.
