Weโ€™ve came here a few times. This last time we were able to reserve a spot last minute which was good.

Pros:
Areas are leveled, price is cheap, two dog parks with doggie bags, near the freeway, management (Crystal) is nice and welcoming.

Cons:

Itโ€™s hard to get through the phone lines, nobody is ever in the office during office hours, we had an issue with our neighbor not cleaning after his dog outside in between our trailers (any time we opened up the windows it smelled like shit). He was constantly arguing with us so we told management (Crystal) and she said she was going to kick him out (since staff and others were complaining about him and his dog)โ€ฆ. She never kicked him out and the issue worsened to where he got other people from other trailers involved. A few trailers down, there was a lady with like 5 or 6 kids who kids would come out crying from the mom screaming at them sever days. At the dog parks, the shit was left on the ground, the lights hardly work. Itโ€™s also far from grocery stores and propane since there isnโ€™t any on site or nearby.

You do pay for what you get.

I used this place for two 1 night stop overs heading to/from northern CA. Easy in and out, wide spots, freeway close, polite staff. All perfect for an en route stop.
Plenty of curb appeal at the entrance but it's definitely a 'no frills' spot. There is a single toilet + shower that was clean but run down. No picnic tables or fire rings, and shade trees are very sparse. A small
grassy dog park is there if you need it, which is nice. Freeway/road noise is on the lower side of moderate and not noticeable inside the RV.
Full hook ups are another plus, but they're at the front of the site. You may need a sewer hose extension or pull up before leaving to dump tanks.
I'd stay here again if passing through.

Great place my only complaint is we called and booked a spot and paid the girl said check in time was 2 ok we had been on the road for 8 hours got there at 145 nobody there office closed with a sign on the door saying away til 930 huh it's 145. About 205 they opened the office? Lots of spots open I don't get ot if your a big park surely you can have staff man the office. This is the 3rd year we have stayed there just seemed odd to us. So to all the people going there don't get there til after 2

Super friendly staff, great price and a perfect place to stop and spend the night with easy access. We stayed on our way to the coast and on our way home, we had rv trouble and set us back about four hours. We called to see if we could stay again on our way back home to Colorado and they were great! Such short notice and left us an envelope and texted us check in directions. We would definitely stay again.

Since itโ€™s an RV park I supplied my own room. The gravel parking spaces are clean and organized. Most appear to be 60โ€™ by 20โ€™. The amenities are only what is necessary, which is enough.

This is an Rv and travel trailer place with full hookups. The staff is polite and friendly and their is wifi, laundry, and showers. This place is great! Everyone is friendly, it's quiet and my pet cat and dog love it. Only thing that I wish there was is grass. It would be nice for the pets to have grass by the fence that surrounds the place at least. Other than the latter. I would highly recommend this place. It's awesome for the value.

My husband and I stayed here in 2022 for 6 months. The park is immaculate, the owner's are wonderful and the staff are too. Offers 2 ( 1 on each end of the park) chainlink dog parks and is kept very clean. Beautiful area with views of the mountains right in front of the park. Not much traffic during the day, and a lovely place to stay. I stayed in the RV while my husband went to a contract job in town. I always felt safe at the park. Thanks everyone for keeping the park in such good shape. Oh, and the washateria is nice too!

It is as plain and no frills as it gets. Dirt gravel pads, with full hookups and the staff are easygoing. So itโ€™s quiet and peaceful here. The town is a short trip down the freeway making it rural with benefits. The place appears to be over half full most of the time. Most of the other long term tenants appear to be working people in local industries. After 3 months I have seen few of the other guests.
Convenient place for a quick stopover enroute to parts elsewhere. Easy in and out. Right off 99.
