My 2007 Honda CBR1000 that I bought here new finally had a significant electrical problem. I had it towed here and it is now whole again. Carl at the service desk has always been a pleasure to work with and Scott, who sold me the bike, remembered how I bought it after my 2006 one got stolen. These are great people and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

The good people at Berkeley Honda Yamaha took good care of my bike and me. They did a fantastic job at ensuring that my bike was well cared for. The service is also just as good. I want to personally thank Carl for going above and beyond by staying on top his assigned tasks. He called me to inform me of updates. Other dealerships won't do the same.

I think it is fair to say that this dealership deserves your attention. Good people that actually care for you and remember who you are.

had a disappointing experience at another scooter shop that gave my old scooter a yearly service and new tires. ended up getting a screw in one just 2 days after getting them, and they wanted $300 to replace it!

after calling around and finding most places don’t repair scooter / motorcycle flat tires, i ended up here at berkeley honda yamaha parts who were willing to repair it.

mr. carl was efficient and kind, got me all set for safe riding. he charged me about $100-125 to repair the flat, found that my brake lights were out (that the first shop missed) and gave me a recommendation to a nearby shop for spare keys.

I live near here! They’re chill folks. Doesn’t even feel like a dealership, more like a local mom ‘n pop. Actually had quite a few accessories, in case you need a disc lock or something. The young guy (Scott?) was informative, helping me with security, and even recommending me solutions not for sale—air tracker! The older guy informed me on smaller (250-400) bikes. No one was ever pushy. Feel free to wander in! Never know what they might have!

Unfortunately, there just aren’t many bikes with classic styling anymore. 🙁

Scott is the man. My experience with him felt like bonding over shared passions with a family friend, not a tacky car salesman. I was in the market for a midsize sport bike and going back and forth with a few dealers in SF. While the experience with each was alright, even for the right bike I wasn't sold on putting down my hard-earned cash for the stereotypical dealership experience. So glad I looked beyond the SF bubble and discovered this spot. Unlike the "coyotes" in SF who just want to make a sale and will absolutely nail you on pricing and trade in value - you can immediately tell that Scott genuinely cares about selling the right bike to the right person and truly earning your business. Not only did he sell me a great bike at a very reasonable price, he even offered some tips on how to sell my current one. And kindly provided directions on how to most safely get back on the bridge to SF.

In my experience it was 100% worth the 1 hour extra to go over the bridge to buy from someone I felt i could trust.
