Brought my 2 Brand New 2024 Sea Doo jetskis in for a warranty service. I asked the guys at the front desk to wash the two jetski's after the service since it had a little salt on it and they kindly agreed and wrote on the invoice that they are to be washed also. Come pick up day, the condition of both jetskis are worse then when I brought them in. The side canals had tools left on them and salt and dirt all over it. I wouldn't recommend this place for service at all. Also the service advisor Michael Caruso was there that day but too ashamed to even help us out. We asked him to tighten up a couple things on the jetski trailer which is also brand new through them, and he never did that either. Go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle.

“I came here today after three years to buy a motorcycle. The person explaining the motorcycles wasn’t rude, but overall, it seems like they’ve completely changed their policies. I thanked them and wanted to freely walk around, take pictures, and gather information about the different motorcycles. However, I was told that the exit was in a specific direction.

They started mentioning something about flooding or water issues, which made no sense to me. I’ve been to other places and never encountered anything like this.

Then, I asked if they could at least start the motorcycle engine so I could hear it. They said no. I asked if they could turn it on so I could check the lights. They said no again. I asked if I could test drive it – even in the parking lot. Again, they said no. I couldn’t understand how they expected me to spend $14,000 on a motorcycle without being able to test anything about it.

This was the first time I’d ever heard of such a thing. So, I left and went to another dealership, where they treated me really well. Before purchasing, I was able to test the engine and even do a short test ride in their parking lot, which is my basic right as a customer.

To me, it’s not just about the price of the motorcycle. The attitude and professionalism of the staff are equally important, and I was very disappointed with this place. Even if they sell a motorcycle here for half the price, I wouldn’t come back. I’m sharing this to let others know about my experience.”

Purchased a new Honda Rebel 1100 DCT from Bert's Mega Mall. Jonathan, Tarin, the Sales Manager, Finance and the person that assisted me in the parts department were all great.

Jonathan is also a great listener and cares about his customers.

Update: I wanted a second bike, so I went to Burt's again and picked up a GSX-8R this time. Coby and the team were great!

I consigned and just sold my 2021 Kawasaki 230R dirt bike with Sean Dalrymple and to say he was Outstanding to work with would be an understatement. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

I started talking to Sean almost a year before I actually consigned my dirt bike. Unfortunately life got in my way and just couldn't find the time to consign it. Sean followed up with me often to see if I was ready to move forward. Sean stayed persistent, he never got frustrated and was always super friendly and helpful when he called to follow up. Once I finally got around to selling, he made sure the paperwork was completed quickly and he fully explained the entire process.

He was very honest with me on how much I could expect for my bike and how long it might take to sell. He kept me updated during the entire process and every time I called or text him, he responded very promptly.

If you are thinking of consigning your dirt bike, motorcycle, ATV, side by side etc, you definitely need to work with Sean at Bert's. He provides World-class service and gets awesome results. Thank you for making this such an easy process Sean.

Purchased a Can Am maverick X3 Max Xrs RR yesterday. I already had negotiated numbers and had approval before going in . This was the second one I purchased this week, other one I had purchased at Del Amo Motorsports, but they were closed. Decided to give bertz an opportunity. Once I got there with my cousins, Apollo came and said hello. Showed us the vehicle and showed us a Polaris we were undecided about. Once we were waiting for finance we went back to look at the maverick again and there was an oil leak where the car was. Sent a picture over to Apollo , never got a response back so I went to go look for him. Told him , said he would bring it up to service. Didn't really seem like he cared at that point anymore since we were almost done with purchase . Finance did an good job, very cool guy. Once we finished finance Apollo couldn't be found to walk us over to the vehicle. Got to the vehicle with the service attendant and mentioned the oil leak to him. Said he wasn't aware of it and nobody told him anything. Pages Apollo over and he never showed up, so we started doing the walk around on the vehicle and found the oil leak coming from the axles. Service attendant said he would let management know and give us another vehicle. I called Apollo to let him know, he came and took the paperwork. waited 30min outside for him till I got frustrated and walked back inside to find out what was going to happen since I was clueless of what was going on at that point. Found a manager and he updates us with what was going on, so we waited for finance and redid paperwork. Never saw Apollo again ... just seemed like they didn't really care the whole time. Very bad customer service tbh.

Went to the Expo in Pomona to help my best friend out at his booth. While we were there, I was able to check out some of the dealers. I was able to get some help from Bert’s!! Thank you DJ and Jordan for helping us get into a new RZR Pro R!!! They were also able to get it ready the same day so I didn’t have to drive back since I’m not from the area. The owner was also awesome!! Once I got to the store, the staff there were able to get me in and out within the hour!! Awesome crew!!! Thank you guys!!!!
