I was promptly greeted by Richard when I walked in, and told him I was interested in one of the bikes they had listed online. The whole process was succinct. They gave me a fair offer for my trade, and I left the first visit with a clear understanding of the dollar amount. The following Saturday I took my trade in for the trade in inspection. The process was a little slower than anticipated, but overall I highly recommend Richard and Big 1 Motorsports in general.

By far, the most professional motorcycle buying experience I have ever had! Rick, my salesperson, was so helpful and offered assistance as soon as I walked in! He is very knowledgeable and helped me select the right bike to fit my needs. Kasaan in Finance was so helpful, as well, and I felt no pressure. I was also given a tour of Parts and Service. Brett (aka Lefty) was a huge help in selecting an upgraded helmet and advising me about other equipment options, as well as Doug in service, who scheduled my first service appointment.

At so many other dealers, you are lucky to even be acknowledged when you walk in. But I felt like the staff at Big #1 actually cared and want me to enjoy my purchase!

Had a great experience with the whole team at Big#1. My salesman, Wade, was great. I put an internet request in and he called me first thing the next morning. Made the 1.5 hour drive up there and was able to look at what I thought I wanted, but ended up with something I liked even more. No pressure on sales, no pressure on up-sales or warranties, etc (of course they were mentioned but no pressure at all). I would definitely recommend this crew if you’re looking for a bike or other Motorsport vehicle. Thanks crew!
