I recently bought an older boat with an outboard that was made in the mid 80s. The first thing I wanted to do was get the outboard serviced before even thinking about going into the ocean. I contacted Big Art and he recommended that I service the trailer as well (something that I didn't even think about). Big Art is super knowledgeable and is willing to talk through any questions you may have. This is the first time that I have owned a boat so I asked a lot of questions. The great part about his work is that he takes pictures as he's completing the work that was agreed upon. After he finished his work, he walked me through all the things he did and gave me a couple of tips to make sure that the boat and trailer was going to last a long time. I would definitely recommend Big Art if you're looking for an expert to work on your boat.

Art is the best at what he does, very honest and hard working and Art wont stop until he is 100% finished. Art replaced propeller, a oil change and tune up for my 99 Reinell and it is running better than most new boats. Also had some recommendations for future repairs and the pricing was fair. Art is great and you are in great hands with him.

I changed the water pump impeller on my 1985 MerCruiser out-drive. For the life of me I could not get the lower section to couple back up to the upper out-drive assembly after changing the impeller. I called Big Art to see if he could help me. He came over and was able to figure out what was causing the two sections to not mate up. He saved the day for me by putting it back together again. I won't hesitate to call him again for my boat repair needs.
