Let’s be real… needing to change your tires, just blows!

It’s generally not a fun trip when your tire finds a nail. The Big O team made it so simple easy and fast to get me all fixed up. Myles was amazing and despite my Seahawks jersey was so pleasant and brought a welcoming dose of humor. This made a frustrating experience after working all day not the least bit stressful!

Had tires installed on my car. 5 days later started to feel vibrations and shaking. Took the car to the closest dealership and they found one of the front wheels was loose. Lug nuts were not fully secured. Caused lots of damage. Big O tires refuses to take responsibility or compensate for the damage. I can't even imagine what would have happened if the wheel had come off while driving. They cannot guarantee the wheels will stay on the car for even a week. Will never go there again.
