What an amazing weekend. We were able to rent a very nice sling shot for a day and just get away. The owners were very nice and informed us of everything.

...side note that does not affect my rating (I really wish we had the standard version that we ordered)

The guys at Big Rock Rentals were prompt, courteous, and very accommodating. The Slingshots are top of the line, latest, and fastest models no half stepping with these machines. Well worth the rental fee. We rented these a couple of times and each time we hate to bring them back! We love it here! ?️?️?️

This is my first time from Chicago in Arkansas for my godparent first year death anniversary celebration.

Our family rented 5 slingshots. Unfortunately it was a disaster.

I am an business owner myself and Mr Joe and Ms Yolonda was really compromising with us but in the end it was all trickery.

It rained 95% of our first 24hrs of rental to where we ask for a second day w/ a discount and not even 3hrs in to our second day of rental it started pouring down raining ? on into the next morning and was only given half of our deposit back.

I only wanted my full sercurity of $300 because we did not enjoy looking outside at the slingshots as the rain pour down.

When we were supposed to have been riding them.
Less than 3hrs of the second day of rental.

I don't appreciate how there was no consideration.
As a man can not drive under those conditions.

I highly suggest other rental places like Touro which rent slingshots for $160 a day and not $600+ a day.

Very poor customer service skills.
This was truly a horrible experience.
