Total 5 Stars here from start to finish, with Teresa at Bakersfield Big Tex Trailer World. I had a hard time finding exactly what I wanted and Teresa looked at other dealer inventories and also gave me quotes for a build at the factory. Funny, I ended up buying their last one in stock, a utility trailer 83 X 18. I was out of state due to the Holidays and Teresa made it smooth and effortless, as we did the transaction over texts, so when I arrived back in CA i could go pick it up. Great service, and any issues were made Right, and I love my trailer, from the quality construction to the great joint welding. Please give them your Trailer sales or Trailer service business, as you wont be dissapointed.....Thanks, Stephen H.
