I just have to take a moment to share my experience with the amazing service I’ve received at Bill Pierce BMW. My service advisor went above and beyond, offering the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I still vividly remember the day I drove my brand-new BMW out of the showroom—it was a proud moment in my life. Our M550i was at the end of its lease and we were shopping for a new X5. We came in and within 10 minutes we had the opportunity to test drive two X5s on the lot. After we decided to go with the M60i we went over the financial details. Even though the current interest / lease-situation isn't great we were able to work out a great deal with the team. Even when we switched cars (There was another X5 on its way that had a must-have feature for me) Bill Pearce BMW went the extra mile to ensure that we're happy with our purchase and changed the cars for us.

We took delivery of the car yesterday and the whole process was very smooth. I'm a BMW-customer since 12 years and this was probably the fastest and most efficient pick-up experience. Shout out to Scott for helping us through the process, we're super happy with the new X5!

I'm also servicing my BMWs at this dealership and always had great experiences - e.g. the staff went above and beyond to contact my wheel insurance from BMW back in Illinois.

All in all a very pleasant, no pressure environment that I can wholeheartedly recommend!

My third new car purchase at this store in 5 years. Perfect purchase experience. Vince Harris again my sales consultant (very nicely accompanied this purchase by Terril Pardini, who built the car order with me). Sales staff at this store are the very best (this being my 22nd new car purchase) and I actually have another purchase on order, a '25 X5 M60i.
Everyone at this store - sales consultants, finance, service consultants, are as good as it gets

UPDATE 12/9/24/ Picked up my '25 X5 M60i this past Friday. Vince had some of the management at the dealership come out to meet me as I was drooling over my new(est) automobile. It is the prettiest automobile I have purchased - Ametrin (I call it metallic plum) with Tartufo (Iooks like caramel to me) interior. Multiple other shoppers commenmted on how nice it looks.
Same fantastic service from everyone there at the store.
I now have 2 brand new autos in my garage and I reckon I am gonna lay low for a while!
