Black and Blue is probably the most outstanding car rental company I've used in Los Angeles. Not only do they have the coolest cars available, but their customer service is phenomenal. I rented a Tesla, which was brand new, and it was beautiful, and fully charged upon leasing the vehicle from Black and Blue. I had direct numbers to contact in case of emergency and all went perfectly.

Everyone should rent from Black and Blue when in L.A.!

ALL THE STARS! Megan and Seven were exceptional. We flew 3000 miles into LA and found ourselves without a car rental at a well-known chain. Luckily we were referred to this company. They saved our trip! Phenomenal service from this owner-operated small business. We enjoyed their personable rapport and driving their 2020 Jetta that was fresh off the lot with only 7 miles on it. If you are ever traveling into the area we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Black & Blue Rentals!!

I recently came to L.A. for work and I was referred to Black and blue rentals and I just can not say enough about this company and the customer service that I received from this company. The rates were always very reasonable they are always available via phone. I worked off hours but if I need to bring the car in to exchange it or I needed a ride to airport it was never an issue to get in touch with someone and they were always professional. They provided a ride to the airport no additional charge. They were just amazing the owner and especially Megan. I would recommend Black and blue rental L.A to anyone looking for a reputable rental car service with great rates and outstanding customer service. This will be my go to anytime I’m in the L.A. area.

Amazing service at the new location in Las Vegas. We dropped off the car in LA from Vegas for a small fee which was way cheaper than most rental companies. They also accept cash and are so easy to work with. Zero hassle ! THANKS AGAIN 🙂
