By far the best car rental experience ever! I highly recommend Black & White Car Rental, the car was beautiful and in perfect condition and the convenience of delivery in San Francisco was a game changer! This allowed a smooth and quick departure to Napa for the weekend. Jhoie was very professional and prompt answering my questions and the paperwork process was painless. Next time I visit San Francisco, I will definitely skip the long rental counter lines at the airport and call Black & White Car Rental instead!

A great experience: booked the car online but was contacted by them directly to confirm etc etc. pick up went great, car was waiting for us (not the other way round like some other places!), a thorough walk through of the car followed (better than when I bought my last car!), full gas tank, and the out - 15min total. Car in great condition, an absolute treat to drive. The noise was PHENOMENAL! Both cruising and more “engaged” driving were great. Top down, Napa valley, a real American experience:-) thanks guys!

B&W has a perfect location for convenience in the city (SF). Follow their instructions and you’ll see that they’re easy to find and it’s easy to arrange Uber rides if you need them before or after the rental. The reservation process was simple and reasonable. The drop off was flexible and quick and also easy. Jhoie was responsive, friendly, fast, and positive. The valet crew and other staff were super helpful and patient. Best of all, we thoroughly enjoyed our Jeep Sahara with its retractable roof and its improved comfort without losing the fun feel of being a jeep. They have all kinds of rental options. Customer service and the paperwork was all superb!

I’ve rented from Black & White several times and the experience is always miles better than the renting from one of the big car rental brands. Super communicative and friendly, convenient returns (including after-hours dropoff), and rates are often better, as well. Can’t recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience. Sixt rent a car made a mistake on our reservation, leaving us to scramble to find a car for a 10-day road trip with one day's notice. B&W had a car available and made it painless.

The service level at is much higher than any other car rental service I've used. B&W picked up the car from our hotel parking garage when we were done... no airport shuttles or awkward drop-off times.

Most of the rental process was online and I barely had to wait anytime to get the car. The return was very easy since you can drop it anytime at the garage!
