Best customer service I have ever had. Everyone was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. My husband and I purchased our first travel trailer and they answered all our questions, explained everything in detail and gave us lots of tips and advice. Gonzo in sales, Rob in finance and Jason the technician were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made us feel like a priority. Very good experience overall. We could not be happier. Seamless process from start to finish and best customer service ever. Joe worked wonderfully with our mother to get her just the right Camper to meet her needs and even delivered it on his day off . Tech Cody went above and beyond to show her the ropes on how to work everything and was patient and kind . The whole team made the process fun , fast and efficient .They even rolled out the blue carpet ! Will definitely use Blue Compass RV in Prescott for our future RV needs .

I bought a used travel trailer from Blue Compass, Prescott Valley, in November. Gonzalo Romero was my salesperson. I had identified the unit online and communicated with him about it before coming from out of state to look. He was very helpful, answering questions and sending extra pictures. Then when I arrived he showed me the unit and was patient while i was considering whether to buy it or not. Negotiated a reasonable deal that I was happy with.
The only snag was that when we hitched it to my truck, we found that the trailer brake controller was broken (used truck; i hadn't checked out the controller ahead of time. my bad.) Mechanic Jay patiently diagnosed it and installed a new one. In the meantime, Penny was an excellent host and the ladies in the store helped me select a few "free" things to go with my camper. Then i got on the road and enjoyed 2 nights camping on the long drive home. I am happy with my experience at Blue Compass, Prescott Valley, and look forward to more adventure with my camper.

Area tip: while waiting for my camper, i hiked around scenic Watson lake loop. Also stayed the night at LaQuinta between Prescott Valley and Prescott -- clean, quiet, and convenient.

We purchased a 5th wheel from Blue Compass RV Prescott Valley. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable not only with the RV purchase but also helping us decide which truck we needed to pull it. He was exceptional! Also, Rob over in Finance helped us A LOT in deciding what coverage we needed and explaining what the coverages offered. Rob also was exceptional! What a great buying experience! When we first arrived to Blue Compass we were greeted by Gonzalo Romero, such a pleasant young man, no pressure sales. He took his time to show us whatever we wanted to see not knowing if we were going to purchase anything. He asked what we were looking for. He then directed us to exactly what we were looking for!! He is very knowledgeable on the product he is selling. We had lots of questions that he was able to answer. Gonzalo worked with his sales manager and was able to get us a great deal on the RV we wanted. It was a seemless very pleasant experience. Our experience with Gonzo in sales and Rob in Finance was nothing less than professional and exceptional. Gonzo worked us in at the end of the day when we were trying to find out if we could exchange our Winnebago Micro for a new Grand Design. While we walked away initially he worked behind the scenes with Rob to see what they could work out and hit what we needed for the trade and per month payments. Rob went above and worked out a deal that we were able to do and now we get to have the RV we’ve been hoping for our family of four. During the finance portion Rob was warm and took the time to get to know us and make sure we felt heard. We thoroughly enjoyed what is otherwise known as a stressful and difficult process.
