Terrible customer service and very unprofessional. Never heard of this dealer but found them on the manufacturer's site as a local dealer because I wanted a specific boat. Looked at the reviews which were mixed so I didn't think much of it but I will attest that the negative reviews are spot on. I went there, they gave me a timeline of when my boat would be there and I put down a deposit. It was due in a month. Over the next couple of weeks I exchanged multiple emails with their office manager Kasie who getting info from required multiple contacts from me. Called the week it was due (4th of July week) and she said it was pushed back another week. I let that go because it can happen especially on a holiday. The next Monday I didn't get a call so I waited another day to see if the boat I put a deposit down on was in. I emailed Kasie to see if the boat was in, and btw it was an adult email with salutation and everything [sarcasm], to which she responded, "no not yet." Not a "We are so sorry that it's not in even though we delayed it a week already" or anything that would show a hint of customer service. I followed up and asked her to provide a date then. SHE NEVER RESPONDED. I had to call and through much attitude she said, "sorry can't get you a date." I asked her to refund my money and she hung up on me. Five minutes after blowing up my deal she sent me a petty email telling me "it worked out" because they had someone else they could sell it to. So glad I dodged a bullet by not purchasing a new boat from Bluewater Marine.

Bought a new lithium powered 6 seater golf cart in 2022. Excellent price and service from BW. They delivered it to the panhandle of Florida a few hours away.

It worked flawless until the lithium battery failed with what I’m told is a rare problem. A few phone calls later and Wayne had a new battery delivered and installed by his local cart tech.

It’s rare to have a business these days actually take care of their customers. They came through with flying colors.

Because of this, I’ll continue to recommend Bluewater carts to anyone who asks. If you need a golf cart and a company that will back you, this is the place to go.
