Dylan and Eric are the best! Dylan fitted me with my awesome new Atomic boots and Volkl Womens’s Secret 88 ski’s! They were not wrong when they said I would be flying! I had the best ski day at Heavenly and was blazing down the ski slopes! Hey Eric, I even tried Double Down and I ate it on those moguls but had a blast! Super friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for an awesome experience and I am in love with my ski’s!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff. We rented snowboards here and they were very understanding of our situation on a busy Presidents Day weekend and didn't charge us extra.

Great place for season ski lease, I get my daughters skis here every year.
Amazing end of season sales and Labor Day tent sale can't be beat.
Very knowledgeable techs both in sales and repair. Most recently these guys hooked me up with a replacement boot buckle that I feared I'd be driving all over town for, but glad I started at Blue Zone.

I bounced around a handful of shops and use gear places in town looking for ski poles. This is absolutely the place to come and get some good gear. They have a good selection and variety and the prices were the best that I saw. I ended up buying a pair of used ski poles that are in great shape for a great deal . But even the brand new stuff was awesome prices

Worst service I've ever had at ANY business! They cannot even complete the most important task of a ski shop, mounting the ski in the correct place. They did not know how to find the center of the ski and mounted my ski 2cm back from the factory recommended line, making the ski unable to perform. When I came to pick up my skis the employee did not even notice it was incorrect and just handed them over. They then proceeded to give me excuses and lie to me about what they said they would do "take care of me". I never got a refund for the mount that day and days later I had to call back to follow up and see what they were going to do. The general manager then proceeded to feed me lies and tell me how they would follow up with me the next day about getting me a new pair of skis to replace my miss-mounted ones. It has now been almost 30 days and I have still never heard from him and he will not answer any of my calls. I have even tried the corporate office, who pretended to sound concerned and told me the CEO would call me back the next day. Never heard back from them and they now won't answer at the office. This is the worst business I've ever delt with and I will never recommend anyone to blue zone ever again this is just unacceptable. They have no respect for the customer and don't even have the common courtesy to keep me informed or refund me the money for the mount. Severely disappointed.
