Please ask for Alex Amini when you get there because he is very helpful. When I first step in, I feel the warmth welcome from him. Unlike other dealers that I went. He gives me all the information that I needed and not pressure me to buy car blindly. Even though I told him I just shop around, he still help me And go beyond my expectations. I had the best experience in this dealer. Strongly recommend. At the end, I ended up came back to this dealer to get my car because of him.

This is now the second vehicle I’ve bought from Danny over at BMW Fresno, all within a month too. Danny is great and every time I’m here I’m treated great and have never had a single issue! Now my wife and I get to enjoy our bmw x7 m50, great car, and again Danny is the best salesman I’ve ever dealt with!

I used to believe paying more for dealer services meant that you would have PROFESSIONAL services done to your vehicle and excellent service advisors.

This is Not The case at this dealer. It’s an ABSOLUTE MESS. The service advisors I spoke with are incredibly inexperienced. And the technicians are negligent.

After having my car parked for WEEKS, they return it to me with none of the interior electronics working. THEN the service advisor has the nerve to tell me the issues are unrelated. -_- are they? Because the car was in a garage and was working flawlessly before turning it in to you.

To top it off I MYSELF have done oil pan gasket jobs on these cars. I KNOW THE ISSUES CAN BE RELATED. There’s several things that can happen throughout the process that can cause these issues. So why try to play the blame game with me other than to just be petty?

The final cherry on top is them telling me they’re not giving me loaner BECAUSE apparently they have no loaners to give. Go figures. I wonder why you have to give out so many loaner cars? Could it be that cars are not getting repaired and are sitting for longer than needed?

I’ve owned several BMWs so far. I love the cars. But this made me not want to ever own one again. Thanks BMW Fresno!

Edit: It seems they are wanting to make things right which I appreciate. Still no car for me to drive. But I really appreciate the gentleman who reached out to me. He was apologetic and understanding. Sometimes thats all you need to do for a customer. Upping my rating a tad.

Edit 2: Received my car with even more problems, MISSING PARTS, and now no ones responding. back to 1 star

Decided to look at a truck I had spotted a few days prior. Not knowing anything about this dealership I decided to go look at the truck I had spotted. As I was walking to the front doors I was approached by a salesman, this man happened to be one of the most genuinely nice down to earth people I have ever met. We talked and test drove the vehicle and I loved it, the whole process was flawless and professional. Every one dreads going to dealerships, but this time I felt like I was actually taken care of. This is all because of Danny Mejia and the team over at bmw. Thank you for a great day, being great people and allowing me to walk and and finalize my purchase and drive away in less than 2 hrs.
