Update: Picked up my bike and loving it! Amazing bike and so beautiful. For the females out there who know about stupid comments from bike shops like this is a big bike, maybe you should look at something smaller lol, you will not get any nonsense at this shop. All associates will not only help women the same, but also give you the respect as any other rider. Never once had a issue with this shop. No games, nothing but pure respect all through the process. No arrogance or anything negative like other shops. I have been to dealers looking at all sorts of bikes and this one is the absolute best. Yes ladies, this shop will be my go to for sure. They are detailed in repairs for the Ducati as well and mechanics are skilled and will not oopsy your bike. Bikes come back clean from this shop. I am going from a Triumph Daytona to this bike 2023 s1000rr. I wanted something with higher cc and that I got. Rides like a caddy with great suspension which is what I require. Smooth ride, even my husband is thinking this may be his next bike.

I bought a 2015 R NINE T five years ago from BMW Motorcycles and have had many awesome rides. This weekend I bought a new 2020 R NINE T Scrambler and rode it to the top of Mt. Diablo. The bike handled like a charm and once again BMW has built an awesome bike. I also wanted to point out that the person who worked with me Sam this weekend was professional and knowledgeable with regards to the R NINE. I felt confident that I was getting the right kind of bike for my style of riding. Thanks to all the staff at BMW Motorcycles!

This past weekend, I had the great pleasure of spending an afternoon with the wonderful sales associate Ben. He was so patient & helpful in answering all my questions, and our great conversation made my bike-finding experience so much smoother. We test rode two bikes - the Yamaha MT-07 and KTM 790 Duke. Ben led the way with detailed hand signals (what a professional!) while I followed him around the block riding these new bikes, so that I could focus on really feeling the bikes & evaluating whether they are a good fit for me. After the test ride session, we would go over how the bikes ride, and he shared with me so many fun anecdotes and immensely helpful bike-buying suggestions. From the get-go, I can tell he puts the customers’ needs above everything else. For example, I mentioned that I was also interested in the Triumph Trident 660. Even though SoSo Cycles does not sell Triumphs, he still wholehearted recommended this bike to me, simply because he thought that bike is a good fit for me. I really appreciate his honesty and transparency. The pricing on their bikes are also really competitive - the freight and setup fees are really reasonable, unlike other dealerships I have seen, who hide their markups in absurd freight/setup fees. Their showroom is big, bright, and welcoming - there were a lot of really awesome, exotic bikes sitting on the showroom floor. Hands down, this has been the best experience I have had with a dealer. I would 10/10 recommend this dealership, whether or not I actually end up buying a motorcycle from them!

Do not purchase from this place. Bought a bike which apparently went through a multi point safety inspection. I've had numerous issues that have gone unresolved. The shop cannot provide an answer of what's wrong with the bike. The fact is they do not conduct any inspection before selling a bike. Your safety is not a factor and their integrity is non existent.

I bought my most recent r9t from this shop. Bike seemed to run fine and shortly after I purchased it I started having numerous problems. I bike has spent most of the time I've owned it broken down or in their shop. I asked to trade it back in and they refused claiming they weren't interested. Someone named Markus was absolutely terrible to work with. I question if they actually conducted a full safety inspection on this bike. I have asked to speak to the owner because I'm still in shock I wrote them a check for a bike that doesn't run. I couldn't be more pissed about the lack of customer service Markus has shown and complete negligence. I still can't believe I offered to trade in the bike I bought for a more expensive bike thinking it would work out for everyone, but again Markus could care less of his customers and retaining customer loyalty.

They have a great staff here. Everyone that I have felt with has been more than helpful and extremely friendly. The service department is absolutely the best. They really know how to take take of their customers and their motorcycles.

I was looking to do a demo ride on a Yamaha Tracer 9 GT, and most dealers were unwilling to accommodate me. BMW of Concord stepped up and took me on a guided 40 minute ride covering city streets, freeways, back roads, and everything in between. They also are true bike people and we spent an hour after the ride talking shop.

At no point was I pressured to make a purchase decision on the spot, it was a really laid back and positive experience. After the visit Ben stayed in touch over text and sent me a full out the door offer that was straightforward and a good value, again with no pressure to buy.

Ultimately I ended up not buying a bike from anyone and instead decided to invest in some upgrades to my current bike, but when I do decide to get a new bike I’ll definitely come back here!
