I have purchased over 40 motorcycles in my life. I've bought 3 or 4 bikes here. Everyone here is a true professional. They also ride and know the products well. Everyone here is helpful, honest, and kind. From service to sales and even the owner. They make you feel valued, and I always get a fair deal when buying bikes here. I've sent my friends here to buy bikes as well. One of the best motorcycle dealers in SoCal for sure.

Waited months to see if they would reach out If you are planning on buying from out of state just don’t do it here my salesman was Rick he was attentive till I sent money and papers were signed I had the BRAND new s1000rr shipped to me the day my bike arrived I watched it get unloaded the bike came covered in water sports all the plastics were scratched my Extra rear seat delete also scratched water spoted burned into the muffler

Tried to call my sales man day of to go over the bike and explain he was to busy next day was thanksgiving so I waited till that Saturday still too busy I waited till the following Tuesday to finally get ahold of him and I explained the situation that I wasn’t happy in the conditions my bike arrived in his words were sorry man your outs state nothing I can do you have the bike shipped good luck

So I called the next day asking for a GM OR OWNER was told we don’t have one we have a sales manager named JEFF I’ll take your info down he will call you and follow up waited 3 days till I finally got a hold of him after calling 9 times and first he nope nothing we can do your own fault or the shipper caused the damage why did you wait so long to report it * I didn’t they just didn’t answer my calls * called the shippers asked if they did anything extra outside from what I paid them they said no they watched up load it and you watched up unload it so back with Jeff it went to my fault because I couldn’t see the scratch’s or all the etched water spots in the wheels the tank and exhaust so he said he would talk to the owner and give me an answer the following day to call him at noon I did and comes to find out Jeff when on vacation and would be “gone for a week” try when he comes back I have called now a total of 20 times just to be ignored

I don’t think I have ever been so disappointed in a brand new motorcycle purchase if I knew it was going to be like this I wouldn’t have ever bought here nobody listened nobody cared seemed like the bike was gone and it was just that truly just that everyone got paid the dealer the shipper and I was left with a brand motorcycle that I had to spend money on for it to actually look like the way it should have

Their service center is super courteous, they go the extra mile and stick to the quotes and timelines. I got a GSA and an R NINE T from them and all I can say is that this dealership is known for having tons of knowledge on these motorcycle line ups.

Bought a 2015 F800R and a 2019 S1000XR from here. Bikes are hella good but the service is way too pricey and it's mainly a technician fee, not the parts. I'm back to Japanese bikes with a 2023 Suzuki Hayabusa and I couldn't be happier.
