I took my car in for service and needed new locks keys and key fobs. It took them over 10 days to get my car back to me, and when they did, it had physical damage. Someone there drove my car into another car or backed another car into mine, and there was damage to the front bumper. An imprint on the front bumper from another vehicle's license plate and damage to my license plate as well.

The GM Jim Linedecker was rude and insulting. He said he would not take care of it at first. Then, he only offered $250 for repairs and wanted me to pay the rest!!!

It was not my fault they damaged my vehicle. Then he tried to force me to have the work done at his body shop for half the price and quality. I gave him 2 estimates, 1 for repair, and 1 for PPF replacement. I asked to be paid directly since he was likely not going to pay the shops, and it is my right. Jim and the Owner Farhad are absolutely horrible and indecent people who do not care about customers and will rip you off!

Buy your next BMW from somewhere else, and don't service it here. They did not even repair my lock right. It doesn't work, and neither do the key fobs.

I bought a used car here. During the negotiation there were three people in the room, all actively participating. Make sure you are only dealing alone with the sales person. The add on items which were not in the sales description online were all of a sudden a part of the deal. The add ons ( windshield insurance protection and GPS security tracking) were not explained adequately ( my fault) and were redundant to the vehicle and my insurance coverage. They were pure dealer profit. As were the inflated dealer doc fees. The front license plate was missing on this low miles vehicle ( it's Ca law to have one). The sales person agreed to ship a license plate mounting holder which was also missing. I had to make an extra trip here to get the further information for the GPS security log in info, and the windshield insurance coverage info which were not provided during the initial purchase. Overall a standard dealer experience.

Terrible buying a used car after being baited by a discount for a fair price. Dealer sold it to me with 3 active recalls, one involving a braking issue. They then wanted $2k added on for a car security hardware called Karr that is worse than an air tag. You don't even see your live location and it expires in a few years. Not to mention it didn't even work at first because it drained the battery completely. Last, they tried to add on a ceramic windshield protection for $1k they claimed they put on. I found the original window sticker in the trunk and it was done at factory for $699. Lot of salesman BS like that ruined the experience. Oh, and delivery fee was quoted for $1600...
