This is for my indian motorcycle people i was on a 4 state trip stopping at all the indian motorcycle delarships i could bye pure coincidence my screen went out the service manager told me to my face he would have to charge me and it would probably take 2 weeks my bike is a 2022 with a full warranty still. And then i asked him why on google you type in indian of fresno the address doesn't come up he said this is a bmw delarships who xares about indian hey jerko half the building is indian motorcycle so if you have a indian the service department doesn't care about you. I still bought the t shirt but unfortunately i have nothing good to say about them. I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Great customer service hands-down, I called today looking for some gloves Ducati C3 gloves and a gentleman name Erick help me out. They were all sold out on the size I needed but he gave me a list of stores that might have it with the name and the phone number to each one which he simply didn’t have to do he could’ve just say we’re sold out sorry and hang up. He spent about 10 to 15
Making sure he checked everywhere to see if they didn’t have any and then took his time on giving me all the information to Location‘s that showed in his system that had it.
Absolutely great customer service. If I ever need to buy anything I’m checking here first!

Just bought a brand new K1600B from Herwaltdt Morotsports. Matt (the owner) was so patient and professional with me, not to mention super friendly. It took me several days to make my decision, but the store let me test ride two different bikes, and I enjoyed the numerous advices I received in the process without any undue pressure.
This is my dream machine, it has everything I wanted, and Matt felt it early. He gently guided me and graciously spent the time I needed to make my decision. Great Job, great store, great staff, and fantastic machines !

Excellent shop. Staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I live out of state, but definitely make a point to pop in when I'm in town visiting my daughter. Las Vegas is our closest dealer but they aren't worth mentioning, I'd gladly drive to Fresno for service, future purchases....etc. Thanks guys for keeping it real.

I’m from Virginia and three of us were riding cross country, coast to coast.
Had an electronic issue with my 2016 RT and had to have it towed to here.
We showed up with the bike round 3pm on a Friday and they jumped right on it. By noon the next day they had us back up and running and headed east.
Everyone here was extremely courteous and supportive. They helped us find a room, gave us advise on dinner and even gave me a ride to and from the hotel while they had my bike.
Can’t say enough about how well they treat us while we were stranded in their town.
Great group of people here. Top notch!
Thank you all for making our trip interruption less aggravating. We enjoyed the night on the town.

Top notch on service. Been to several shops around the west. These guys really are exceptional. Very patient as I was explaining my issues and very fair with diagnostics and solution. Will definitely revisit in the future.

Great service. Called to get supplies shipped that i needed for maintenance on my s1000rr. They shipped everything to me quick in Bakersfield. They are very friendly and helpful. Will order more stuff from them.
