Bought a 2018 preowned BMW M6 with 25,000 miles from this dealer online. Being that the car is 4 years old I would expect normal wear and tear, obviously I can not see every inch of the car and rely on the salesman, video and images. That being said one would expect full disclosure of any obvious flaws/damage. I did ask the salesman, Scott Inman, on many occasions if there was any obvious damage that was not in the pictures or video, he assured there was none. When the car was delivered and I could see the car in person, there was some very obvious damage to interior door that was not included in images nor disclosed. I immediately messaged both Scott Inman and the General Manager, Vince Troncoso, via text and email with no response! I guess my advice would be if you cant see the car in person avoid the dealership, Scott Inman, and dont expect any support or response from the dealership GM Vince Troncoso. I am including a pic of the damage that was not disclosed in any pictures or video's.

As a follow up to this review, it has been a month since the review and notice there is no response from the dealer. In the same time the dealer has responded to other complaints on google reviews. This just confirms my original statement " unless you can see the car in person stay clear of the dealership". As previously stated I called and text the GM Vince Troncoso and he never returned the call. It's sad that dealers like this make consumers like us untrusting when purchasing a care online and not in person. Its all about integrity which this dealership and GM obviously lacks.

Put 4 stars since negotiating terms of the car was not the best experience, but I think a lot of dealers have that same mindset, so overall okay. Stevie was super helpful though! Definitely reach out to him in sales.

This is one of my best experience in buying a car from a dealer. We were treated with our favorite Starbucks drink. Scott Inman was courteous and friendly. The showroom is beautiful and clean. The test drive was quick and easy. No pressure. I had to go to an open house, so we conducted the negotiation over the phone and arrived at a mutually agreed price quickly.

I I brought my car into the service area. They needed my car overnight. I was given a loaner car to drive. The next day are about 12 1 o’clock I received a call that my car was ready to pick up.
It had been washed and looked very good. The experience was terrific, and everyone was very efficient and pleasant.

I’m a first time buyer and could have easily been taken advantage of. I went to a few other dealerships and they definitely tried to overcharge me. Kevin at BMW SLO was amazing! He gave me a great deal and worked with me and what I was able to afford. The dealership feels like a family and treats you like family as well! I’m very happy with my new Jeep! And one last perk is they have a Starbucks machine! I had about 5 chai lattes lol. In100% recommend this dealership and working with Kevin!

As soon as we entered their dealer we were nicely greeted. Kevin had us our favorite Starbucks drinks! Mike showed us the vehicle we went for, we took it on a spin drove amazing Mike was specific on every feature the vehicle had. We went inside Mike took our information nothing felt rushed, Mike and finance manager did they’re best to put us in our budget. Got approved signed paperwork and left with a 2022 X3 BMW !. By far the best dealership experience for a first time buyer. Thank you BMW of SLO.
